Abstract
Jembatan Pranti terletak pada ruas jalan tol KLBM STA 14+350 di wilayah kecamatan Menganti desa Pranti Gresik dengan bentang 86,75 m dan lebar total jembatan 25,2 m. Jembatan ini menggunakan gelagar beton pratekan. Disini penulis memodifikasi desain girder jembatan menjadi girder beton konvensional untuk menambah ruang bebas dibawah jembatan dengan menambahkan pilar diantara abutmen-abutmen. Jembatan Pranti digunakan sebagai objek tugas akhir untuk memodifikasi desain struktur jembatan meliputi bangunan atas: dimensi struktur pelat lantai kendaraan beserta pengaman disisi tepi dan median jembatan menggunakan parapet yang dicor konvensional, girder beton konvensional dan diafragma, dengan acuan SNI T-12-2004. Perhitungan bangunan bawah meliputi pilar, abutment, dan pile slab yang mengacu pada Bridge Management System (BMS 1992). Pembebanan pada jembatan menggunakan acuan SNI 1725:2016, dan pembebanan gempa mengacu pada SNI Gempa 2833:2016 (Jembatan).

Pranti Bridge is located on KLBM Toll Road STA 14+350 in Menganti Village, Pranti Gresik Village with span 86,75 m and totak bridge width 25,2 m. This bridge uses prestressed concrete girder to add free space under the bridge by adding a pillar between Abutments-abutments. Pranti bridge is used as the final project object to modify the design of the bridge structure covering the top building: the dimension og the floor plate structure of the vehicle along with the edge and median bridge using the convensional cast paraphet, convensional concrete gear and diaphragm, with reference to SNI T-12-2004. The calculation of the lower buildings include pillars, abutments, pile slabs that refer to the Bridge Management System (BMS 1992). The loading on the bridge uses the reference of SNI 1725:2016, and earthquake loading refers to the SNI of quake 2833:2016 (Bridge).
