Abstract
Sistem ERP adalah konsep yang digunakan untuk merencanakan dan mengelola sumber daya perusahaan yang meliputi dana, sumber daya manusia, mesin, alat, waktu, bahan dan kapasitas yang memiliki pengaruh luas dari manajemen tingkat atas hingga tingkat operasional dalam suatu perusahaan sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk menghasilkan keuntungan bagi semua pemangku kepentingan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis faktor-faktor apa yang berpengaruh dalam kinerja implementasi sistem ERP sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja implementasi ERP sesuai dengan peringkat prioritas faktor-faktor yang telah teridentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja ERP pada Perusahaan X di Surabaya. Identifikasi masalah penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan direktur Perusahaan X. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengamati kondisi kinerja sistem ERP yang telah dilaksanakan. Kuesioner dan wawancara ditujukan kepada karyawan yang menggunakan sistem ERP di perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode pengambilan keputusan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil data yang diolah dengan metode AHP merupakan peringkat prioritas faktor dari hasil kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan peringkat prioritas tertinggi faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja implementasi ERP di perusahaan X yaitu faktor kualitas sistem ERP pada peringkat pertama dan faktor keterlibatan pengguna pada peringkat kedua, kemudian diikuti oleh faktor-faktor lainnya pada peringkat selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa membuktikan bahwa peringkat prioritas yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan X.

ERP system is a concept used to plan and manage company's resources that cover funds, human resources, machines, tools, time, materials and capacities that have a wide influence from the top management to operational level in a company so that these can be utilized optimally to yield added value for all
stakeholders of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze what factors are influential in the implementation from the performance of ERP system as an effort to improve ERP implementation performance in accordance with priority ranking of identified factors. This research aims to analyze what factors that affect the performance of ERP on Company X at Surabaya. The problem identification of this research was obtained from interview results with the director of Company X. The data collection was done by observation, interview and questionnaire method. Observation was done by observing the conditions of ERP system performance that have been implemented. Questionnaires and interviews was directed to employees who use ERP systems in the company. The method used for data processing in this study is by decision-making method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of data processed by AHP method is a prioritized ranking of factors from the results of the questionnaire. The results of this study found that the highest priority ranking of factors that affect the performance of ERP implementation in company X is the factor of quality of ERP system in the first rank and the factor of user involvement in the second rank, then followed by other factors in the next rank. Based on the resultsof the analysis proves that the priority ranking generated in accordance with the problems faced by the company X.
