Abstract

Media penyimpanan energi listrik merupakan salah satu material yang perlu dikembangkan di era ini. Salah satu media penyimpanan listrik adalah electric double layer capasitor (EDLC). Graphene adalah material karbon berlapis tunggal yang memiliki sifat-sifat unggul dalam aplikasi EDLC karena konduktifitas listrik dan luas permukaan aktif yang tinggi. Sintesis graphene dengan reduktor aluminium diharapkan mampu meningkatkan konduktifitas listrik sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh reduktor Aluminium pada graphene terhadap sifat kelistrikannya dan struktur graphene. Metode Hummer yang dimodifikasi diikuti dengan proses hydrothermal digunakan untuk mensintesis reduced graphene oxide (rGO). Penelitian ini menggunakan aluminium serbuk sebagai reduktor dengan variasi penambahan massa reduktor 0,3 gram, 0,6 gram dan 0,9 gram. Material yang disintesis dikarakterisasi dengan menggunakan XRD, SEM-EDX, FTIR, FPP, dan CV. Sifat kapasitif elektroda diukur dengan melakukan uji CV dengan rentang scan rate 5, 10, 50 dan 100 mV/s. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan morfologi graphene dengan single layer yang tipis, lebar dan distribusinya merata. Dan juga didapatkan nilai kapasitansi spesifik yang paling optimal pada penambahan massa reduktor 0,9 Al sebesar 150.05 F/g. ================ Storage media of electrical energy is one of the materials that need to be developed in this era. One of the electric storage media is electric double layer capasitor (EDLC). Graphene is a single-layer carbon material that has superior properties in EDLC applications due to its high electrical conductivity and active surface area. Graphene synthesis with aluminium Reducers is expected to increase electrical conductivity so that this study aims to determine the effect of Aluminum Reducers on graphene on electrical properties and graphene structure. The modified hummer method followed by a hydrothermal process is used to synthesize reduced graphene oxide (rGO). This research uses aluminium powder as a reducing agent with variation of 0.3 gram reducer mass, 0.6 gram and 0.9 gram. The synthesized material is characterized using XRD, SEM-EDX, FTIR, FPP, and CV. The capacitive properties of the electrode were measured by performing a CV test with a scan rate range of 5, 10, 50 and 100 mV / s. The results of this study show graphene morphology with single layer thin, wide and evenly distributed. And also obtained the value of the optimal capacitance of the most optimal on the addition of 0.9 Al reduction mass of 150.05 F / g.
