Abstract

Penyusunan tugas akhir terapan ini mengambil objek gedung perkuliahan FOK UNDIKSHA yang terletak di Singaraja, Bali. Namun pada tugas akhir ini, gedung FOK UNDIKSHA direncanakan di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Gedung akan direncanakan 4 lantai dengan tinggi bangunan 16 m. Pada tugas akhir terapan ini, bangunan akan direncanakan dengan menguuakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Semua komponen struktur direncanakan dengan material beton bertulang. Untuk perhitungan beban gempa, direncanakan menggunakan metode statik ekivalen. Perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam tugas akhir terapan ini disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang ada, untuk perhitungan struktur menggunakan SNI 2847 – 2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung ; perencaaan dan perhitungan beban gempa menggunakan SNI 1726 – 2012 tentang tatacara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung dan perhitungan pembebanan gedung sesuai dengan SNI 1727 – 2013 tentang beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain. Perhitungan yang dilakukan meliputi perhitungan komponen struktur primer yang meliputi balok dan kolom, struktur sekunder yang meliputi pelat dan tangga, serta struktur pondasi. Metode pelaksanaan yang ditinjau dalam tugas akhir ini adalah step pekerjaan beserta uraiannya hingga menghasilkan gambar bestat yang kelak dapat digunakan dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan. Hasil dari perhitungan ini berupa gambar teknik yang terdiri dari gambar arsitektur, gambar denah stuktur, dan gambar detail penulangan ================= This final project took Lecture Building FOK UNDIKSHA which located at Singaraja, Bali as the object. But in this final project the building planned in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The building was designed 4th floors with the height 16m. In this final project, the building will be designed using Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System. All of the component of the structure designed with reinforced concrete. And the Earthquake loads designed with static equivalent methods. The design of the structure is referring to the existing regulations, for structure calculation its designed suitable with Indonesia National Standart 2847-2013 which tells about the Procedures of Concrete Structural for Building. For the Earthquake loads its designed suitable with Indonesia National Standart 1726-2012 which tells about the Procedures of Earthquake-Resistant Structures for Building or Non Building. And then for the non seismic loads its designed suitable with Indonesia National Standart 1727-2013 which tells about Minimum Loadfor Te Design of Building and Other Structure. The calculation of the structure is include primary structure which consists of beam and columns, secondary structure which consists of slab, stairs and foundation structure. The implementation methods that will be concerned is the details steps doing of structure beams and columns framework until bar bending schedule has resulted. The bar bending schedule is can be used as a reference of steps construction in the project. The result from this calculation is in the from of engineering drawings that concists of architectural drawings, structural plan drawings, and reinforcement details drawings.
