Abstract
Jembatan Embung Manunggal merupakan jembatan yang termasuk dalam paket pembangunan ruas jalan Tol Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar paket 1 yang terletak di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Jembatan Embung Manunggalmemiliki total bentang138 m dan lebar total jembatan 25,2 m.Dalam perencanaan ini, kami melakukan modifikasi desain menggunakan metode slab on pile dengan memperhatikan faktor modifikasi (R), zona gempa sesuai dengan peraturan yang terbaru. Standar pembebanan pada struktur mengacu pada SNI 1725-2016 (Standar Pembebanan Untuk Jembatan) dan pembebanan gempa mengacu pada SNI Gempa 2833 - 2013 (Jembatan).Analisa struktur dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software SAP2000. Hasil perencanaan menunjukan bahwa struktur jembatanslab on pile Embung aman secara analisis.
Dari hasil perhitungan modifiksai desain struktur jembatan embung manunggal didapatkan hasil berupa parapet samping dengan dimensi 500 x 1200 mm dan parapet tengah dengan dimensi 800 x 1200 mm, slab lantai dengan tebal 400 mm, abutment dengan tinggi 5,05 m dan 3,55 m menggunakan pondasi spun pile Ø80 dan Ø60 berjumlah 24 buah, dan bearing pad dimensi 400 x 125 x 25 mm.

Embung Manunggal Bridge is a bridge that is included in the
development package of Krian - Legundi - Bunder - Manyar Toll road 1 package located in Gresik, East Java. Embung Manunggal Bridge has a total span of 138 m and a total bridge width of 25.2 m. In this planning, we modified the design using slab on pile method with respect to modification factor (R), earthquake zone according to
the latest regulations. The loading standards on structures refer to SNI 1725-2016 (Bridge Loading Standard) and earthquake loading refer to SNI Earthquake 2833 - 2013 (Bridge). Structural analysis is using SAP2000 software. The result of planning shows that the structure of slab bridge on pile Embung is safe by analysis.
From the calculation results modification design bridge structure embung manunggal obtained results of a parapet side with dimensions of 500 x 1200 mm and the middle parapet with dimensions of 800 x 1200 mm, slab floor with 400 mm thick, abutment with a height of 5.05 m and 3.55 m using foundation spun pile Ø80 and Ø60 amounted to 24 pieces, and bearing pad dimensions 400 x 125 x 25 mm.
