Abstract
Reklamasi merupakan salah satu alternatif sebagai pengembangan daerah pesisir dan keterbatasan lahan yang ada di perkotaan. Dengan adanya reklamasi tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kawasan perluasan lahan industri, pelabuhan atau pemukiman penduduk. Rencana reklamasi PT. Petrokimia untuk pengembangan lahan industrinya tersebut dikhawatirkan akan berdampak negatif terhadap pola arus dan sedimentasi di wilayah perairan pelabuhan PT Petrokimia. Dampak sedimentasi ini berpotesi mempengaruhi kedalaman pelabuhan PT. Petrokimia dan kanal water intake PT. Smelting. Apabila terjadi penumpukan sedimen di sekitar wilayah pelabuahan PT. Petrokimia akan mengalami pendangkalan dan menganggu kegiatan loading unloading di pelabuhan serta kanal akan berakibat mesin pendingin PT. Smelting tidak dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, akan dilakukan analisis perubahan pola arus dan sedimentasi akibat adanya reklamasi di pelabuhan PT. Petrokimia dengan menggunakan software Delft3D. Dari hasil pemodelan didapatkan kecepatan arus yang terjadi di kawasan pelabuhan PT. Petrokimia sebelum dan sesudah adanya reklamasi mengalami perubahan. Sedangkan untuk laju sedimentasi pada kondisi eksisting yaitu 24,015 cm/bulan dan laju sedimentasi pada kondisi reklamasi yaitu 55,831 cm/bulan. Selisih volume sedimen antara kondisi eksisting dan sesudah reklamasi yaitu 326.869,3 m3.

Reclamation is one of the alternatives as coastal development and limited land available in urban areas. With the reclamation can be utilized for expansion area of industrial land, port or residential. The reclamation plan of PT. Petrokimia for the development of its industrial land is feared to negatively impact the pattern of flow and sedimentation in the PT. Petrokimia port. This sedimentation impact has the potential to affect the depth of sea surface of PT. Petrokimia port and PT. Smelting water intake channel. In the event of a buildup of sediment around the port area of PT. Petrokimia resulted in sea surface siltation and disruption of loading unloading activities in ports and channels will result in PT. Smelting's refrigeration machine not working properly. In this final project, will be analyzed changes of current pattern and sedimentation due to reclamation at port of PT Petrokimia by using software Delft3D. The modeling results obtained current velocity occurred in the port of PT. Petrokimia with conditions before and after reclamation has changed. While for the sedimentation rate is 24,015 cm/month on the existing condition and 55,831 cm/month on condition after reclamation. The difference of the volume of sedimentation before and after reclamation is 326.869,3 m3.
