Abstract
Peningkatan populasi dan penduduk manusia yang tidak terkendali serta perkembangan fasilitas menyebabkan masalah drainase air hujan seperti peningkatan limpasan air hujan dan berkurangnya infiltrasi air. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan genangan air atau bahkan banjir pada penduduk manusia dan merusak infrastruktur seperti jalan dan saluran. Kabupaten Kenjeran memiliki luas wilayah 14,42 km2 dan kepadatan penduduk 9144 kapita / km2. Ada 5 (lima) titik genangan air di wilayah tangkapan Distrik Kenjeran. Total luas genangan air adalah 12,5 hektar, dengan ketinggian air maksimum 21 cm dan durasi waktu 56 menit. Diperlukan evaluasi untuk menemukan masalah-masalah yang menyebabkan genangan air atau banjir di lapangan penelitian. Salah satu metodenya adalah menghitung kapasitas saluran drainase air sekunder dan dengan metode seperti itu diharapkan masalah genangan air di daerah tangkapan Kenjeran dapat dipecahkan.
Ada 5 titik segmen yang mengakibatkan genangan air di bidang studi dari hasil evaluasi dengan menghitung kapasitas saluran drainase air sekunder. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi bahwa beberapa penyebab genangan air adalah peningkatan volume sedimen dan pembuangan limbah padat di saluran drainase air sekunder. Setelah beberapa pertanyaan kepada orang-orang stratifikasi acak yang dipilih di Kenjeran, kebiasaan orang adalah salah satu kunci untuk menyelesaikan masalah drainase air hujan.
Masyarakat di kabupaten Kenjeran direkomendasikan untuk menjaga saluran air hujan tetap bersih dengan membuang limbah padat mereka dengan benar dan mengaktifkan setiap layanan masyarakat di asosiasi lokal (RT). Hal ini juga diperlukan untuk secara teratur memelihara saluran drainase air sekunder yang tetap terkontrol dari layanan pemerintah terkait dengan melakukan normalisasi secara berkala. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah genangan air di kabupaten Kenjeran pada beberapa tingkat yang puas dengan melakukannya.=================

Uncontrolled increase on population and human inhabitant also facility developement causing rainwater drainage problems such as increased rainwater runoff and reduced water infiltration. This can lead to water inundation or even flood on human resident and damage infrastructure such as roads and channels. Kenjeran district has wide area of 14,42 km2 and population density of 9144 capita/km2. There are 5 (five) water inundation points in Kenjeran district catchment area. Total wide area of water inundation is 12,5 hectare, with maximum water level of 21 cm and duration time of 56 minutes. It is needed to do evaluation to find the problems causing water inundation or flood in study field. One of the methods are calculating secondary water drainage channels capacity and by such method it is expected that water inundation problems in Kenjeran catchment area can be solved.
There are 5 segment points resulting water inundation in the study field from the evaluation result by calculating capacity of secondary water drainage channels. It is obtained from the evaluation result that some cause of water inundation are increasing sediment volume and solid waste disposal in secondary water drainage channels. After some questions to the random stratified people picked in Kenjeran, habit of people is one of the key to solve the rainwater drainage problems.
People in Kenjeran district are recommeded to keep rainwater drainage channels clean by dispose their solid waste properly and activate each community service at local based association (RT). It is also needed to regularly maintain secondary water drainage channels keep on control from related governmental service by done some normalization periodically. It is expected to be solved water inundation problems in Kenjeran district at some satisfied level by done so.
