Abstract

Teluk Lamong flyover road is going to be build on top of numerous existing public facility, one of the most critical facility below the flyover road is a gas pipeline buried just 1 meter underground. It is very crucial to conduct an analysis reviewing the effect of soil effect due to construction work to gas pipeline integrity. The analysis consists of reviewing the effect of vertical weight due to heavy duty vehicle, falling construction material, and effect of pile driving ground induced vibration. The analysis carries out the result of pressure on the pipe due to heavy duty vehicle to be 7.72, 5.22, 0.48 kN/m2 due to 10, 5, and 0.5 ton of vehicle respectively, and due to falling construction material resulting 3.97, 8.65, 12.15 kN/m2 pressure on pipe and 2.9003E-05, 0.000144732, 0.000288759 m soil penetratioin for 1, 5, and, 10 m construction material falling height. The ground vibration due to pile driving done 5m from the pipe analysis resulting in 18.81625, 21.45382, and 21.95229 mm/s with three different height of hammer pile drop. According to the analysis given, none of the result exceed value given in respective codes and standard, as for the construction work will give no threat to pipe integrity.
