Abstract
Jembatan Sipait terletak pada Ruas Jalan Pekalongan - Pemalang (KM.Pekalongan 10+300). Jembatan Sipait merupakan jembatan beton pratekan yang terbagi menjadi 3 bentang dengan panjang bentang masing - masing 25,6 meter, 40,8 meter, dan 25,6 meter. Struktur atas Jembatan Sipait ditopang oleh 2 abutment pada bagian tepi sungai dan 2 pilar pada bagian badan sungai.
Dalam perencanaan ini, Jembatan Sipait dimodifikasi menjadi jembatan busur rangka baja dengan tipe Through Arch untuk menghilangkan 2 pilar yang ada pada badan sungai. Jembatan didesain dengan bentang 92 m, tinggi busur 18 m, tinggi tampang 3,5 m, dan lebar 9,5 m.
Perhitungan yang dilakukan dalam perencanaan menggunakan peraturan SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, SNI 2847:2013, RSNI T-03-2005, RSNI T-12-2004 dan peraturan lain yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan jembatan baja. Program bantu yang digunakan adalah SAP2000 untuk analisa struktur dan AutoCAD untuk gambar perencanaan.
Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan tebal pelat lantai 20 cm, dimensi profil ikatan angin terbesar CHS 219,1x6,8, dimensi profil rangka utama terbesar Box 400x400x25, dimensi kolom dan balok portal akhir Box 500x500x25, diameter kabel penggantung 60mm, perletakan tipe POT bearing. Pondasi berupa tiang pancang sebanyak 30 buah sedalam 28 meter pada tiap abutment.

Sipait Bridge is located on Pekalongan - Pemalang Road (KM.Pekalongan 10 + 300). Sipait Bridge is a prestressed concrete bridge divided into 3 spans with a span length of 25.6 meters, 40.8 meters and 25.6 meters respectively. The structure of the Sipait Bridge is supported by 2 abutments on the banks of the river and 2 pillars on the river body.
In this planning, the Sipait Bridge is modified into a steel arch bridge with the Through Arch type to remove 2 pillars on the river body. The bridge is designed with a span of 92 m, an arc height of 18 m, a 3.5 m tall height, and a width of 9.5 m.
The calculations made in the planning refers to regulations of SNI 1725: 2016, SNI 2833: 2016, SNI 2847: 2013, RSNI T-03-2005, RSNI T-12-2004 and other regulations relating to steel bridge planning. The auxiliary program used is SAP2000 for structural analysis and AutoCAD for image planning.
From the analysis, the obtained results are the thickness of floor plate is 20 cm , CHS 219,1x6,8 as the biggest wind profile dimension, main frame profile dimension of Box 400x400x25, Box 500x500x25 as column and final portal beam dimension , 60 mm diameter of hanging cable, POT bearing type of bearings. The foundation is a pile of 30 pieces as deep as 28 meters on each abutment.
