Abstract
Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang sedang gencar-gencarnya melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur di berbagai sektor. Di sisi lain, Indonesia merupakan daerah rawan gempa. Hal ini menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para insinyur bangunan untuk merencanakan gedung yang tahan terhadap gempa mengingat kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh bencana gempa bumi dapat menyebabkan penderitaan, kehilangan harta benda bahkan nyawa.
Kerusakan akibat gempa dapat diminimalisir dengan menggunakan sistem struktur yang mampu menahan gaya lateral yang terjadi, salah satunya sistem struktur dengan Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF). Elemen terpenting dari sistem ini adalah balok link yang berfungsi untuk menyerap gaya gempa sehingga elemen struktur di luar link mampu berperilaku elastis.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, Apartemen Puncak CBD terdiri dari 1 lantai lobby, 3 lantai parkir, 20 lantai unit apartemen, dan 1 lantai atap. Sistem struktur yang semula didesain dengan struktur beton bertulang akan dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan struktur baja komposit atau lebih tepatnya dengan tipe Concrete Filled Tube (CFT) yang memiliki daktilitas lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan struktur beton. Selain itu, akan ditambahkan pengaku jenis Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) yang memiliki kelebihan yaitu kekakuan yang sangat tinggi. Perencanaan ini akan mengacu pada beberapa peraturan, yaitu SNI 1727:2013, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 03-1726-2012, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 2847:2013
Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan, kolom CFT terbesar berdimensi 600x600x25 dengan balok induk WF 600x200x11x17. Link yang direncanakan merupakan short link dengan panjang 100 mm dengan bresing double C 260x90x10x14. Dinding penahan tanah menggunakan steel sheet pile sedalam 18 meter dan ground anchor. Pondasi menggunakan pondasi tiang grup dengan diameter 60 cm dan dipancang sedalam 32 meter. Tie beam direncanakan dengan dimensi 45/80. Analisa yang dilakukan telah memenuhi kontrol struktur yang disyaratkan dalam peraturan.

On the other hand, Indonesia is an area prone to earthquakes. It is a challenge for building engineers to plan earthquake-proof buildings as the damage caused by earthquakes can cause suffering, loss of property and even life.
Damage caused by the earthquake can be minimized by using a structural system that can withstand lateral forces that occur, one of the structural system with Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF). The most important element of this system is a link beam that serves to absorb the force of the earthquake so that the structural elements outside the link are able to behave elastically.
In this final project, Puncak CBD Apartment consists of 1 floor lobby, 3 floors of parking, 20 floors of apartment units, and 1 floor of roof. Structural systems originally designed with reinforced concrete structures will be modified using a composite steel structure or more precisely with Concrete Filled Tube (CFT) types that have higher ductility compared to concrete structures. In addition, Eccentrically Braced Frame (EBF) type stiffener will be added which has a very high stiffness. This planning will refer to several regulations, namely SNI 1727: 2013, SNI 1729: 2015, SNI 03-1726-2012, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 2847: 2013
Based on the analysis that has been done, the largest CFT column with 600x600x25 dimension with WF 600x200x11x17 beam. The planned link is a short link with a length of 100 mm with a double C 260x90x10x14 bracing. Retaining wall uses steel sheet pile as deep as 18 meters and ground anchor. The foundation uses a group pile foundation with a diameter of 60 cm and is designed as deep as 32 meters. Tie beam is planned with a 45/80 dimension. The analysis has fulfilled the required structural controls in the regulation.
