Abstract
Seiring perkembangan perekonomian di Pulau Jawa yang semakin meningkat, maka meningkat pula mobilitas masyarakatnya terutama dalam penggunaan transportasi massal khususnya yang berbasis udara. Sehingga perlu adanya peningkatan infrastruktur baik dari sisi udara ataupun sisi darat. Untuk sisi daratnya, perlu adanya sistem yang terintegrasi antara suatu bandara dengan moda transportasi yang lain. Moda transportasi yang dimaksud adalah kereta api bandara. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, akan direncanakan jalur kereta api bandara pada segmen 2, dimulai dari Stasiun Solo Balapan Baru hingga Stasiun Bandara Adi Sumarmo.
Jalur kereta api yang digunakan merupakan hasil dari pemilihan tiga trase yang kemudian akan dipilih satu yang terbaik dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria menggunakan perhitungan multy criteria analysis. Kriteria yang dipakai diambil atas dasar demand calon penumpang kereta api bandara dan dari pendapat stakeholder. Dari trase terpilih akan dilakukan analisa perhitungan meliputi desain geometrik, emplasemen, dan rencana anggaran biaya yang didasarkan dari peraturan-peraturan terkait seperti PM No. 60 Tahun 2012, PM No. 29 Tahun 2011, PM No. 78 Tahun 2014, dan peraturan perencanaan lainnya yang masih terkait dengan perencanaan pembangunan jalan kereta api.
Dari hasil analisa perhitungan, didapatkan hasil berupa trase terpilih yaitu trase 3 dengan total nilai sebesar 177,63 poin. Dalam perhitungan geometrik diperoleh panjang jalur 18039 km dan didesain dengan kecepatan rencana 60 km/jam menggunakan lengkung horizontal S-C-S dengan R minimum 200 m. Untuk analisa konstruksi, jalur kereta api Stasiun Solo Balapan Baru-Bandara Adi Sumarmo termasuk ke dalam kategori kelas jalanV dengan tebal lapisan balas 25 cm sedangkan lapisan sub balas dengan tebal 35 cm. Lebar sepur yang digunakan 1067 mm, tipe rel JIS R42, serta menggunakan bantalan beton dengan penambat elastis ganda E-Clip. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan biaya, dibutuhkan rencana anggaran biaya untuk pembangunan jalur kereta api bandara pada segmen 2 sebesar Rp 308,420,000,000.00.

Along with the increasing economic in Java Island, the mobility of the people increases, especially in the use of mass transportation like air transportation. So that there needs to be improved infrastructure both from the air side or the land side. For the land side, the need for an integrated system between an airport with other modes of transportation. Transport mode in this case is the airport train. In this Final Project, the airport railway will be planned on segment 2, starting from Solo Baru Station to Adi Sumarmo Airport Station.
The railway used is the result of the selection of three routes which will be selected the best one by considering several criteria using multy criteria analysis calculations. The criteria used are taken on the basis of demand for prospective passengers of airport railways and from stakeholder opinions. From the selected trace will be calculated analysis include geometric design, emplacement, and cost budget plan based on related regulations such as PM No. 60 Year 2012, No PM. 29 Year 2011, PM No. 78 of 2014, and other planning regulations that are still related to railway development planning.
From the calculation result, the selected routes is route 3 (Jl. Genderal Ahmad Yani) with total value 177,63 points. In the geometric calculation obtained the path length of 18039 km and designed with a speed 60 km/hour plan, using horizontal curve S-C-S with minimum R 200 m. For construction analysis, the railway line of Solo Baru Station-Adi Sumarmo Airport is included into the category of class road V with a 25 cm thick layer of balas while the sub balas is 35 cm thick. Width of railway used 1067 mm, rail type JIS R42, and use concrete pads with E-Clip double elastic. Based on the cost calculation, it is necessary to have a budget plan for the construction of the airport railway in segment 2 of Rp 308,420,000,000.00.
