Abstract
PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya Banten membutuhkan lahan penumpukan batubara untuk menunjang tambahan usaha produksi PLTU unit 9 dan 10 (power plant). Mengingat keterbatasan lahan yang tersedia untuk penampungan batu bara maka dibutuhkan usaha memperluas lahan dengan cara reklamasi pantai. Kondisi tanah dasar pada kawasan reklamasi pantai PT. Indonesia power Suralaya Banten cenderung berjenis tanah pasir. Tanah pasir umumnya bersifat nonkohesif dan permeabilitas tinggi. Reklamasi yang dilakukan menguruk perairan pantai sampai kedalaman -15 lws seluas 25 hektar dengan memanfaatkan material lahan hasil dari peledakan bukit di sekitar kawasan sisi darat PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya Banten . Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam perencanaan reklamasi pantai ini ialah kedalaman seabed yang bervariasi sehingga perlu direncakanan alternative – alternative perkuatan tanah dasar dan tanah timbunan yang ekonomis dan effiesien serta shore protection untuk melindungi lahan reklamasi dari terjangan arus dan gelombang air laut.
Pada tugas akhir ini struktur perkuatan pada tanah timbunan yang direncanakan menggunakan turap baja dan revetment. Kedua struktur tersebut diakan dianalsisi stabilitasnya menggunakan progam bantu PLAXIS. Lalu direncanakan metode pelaksanaan serta dilakukan perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).
Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan didapatkan tinggi untuk setiap variasi elevasi seabed yang direncanakan dari -5Lw. Hasil perencanaan struktur penahan tanah pada sisi barat laut menggunakan Steel Pipe Sheet Pile sepanjang 25m dan batter pile sepanjang 27m yang dipasang setiap 3m. Untuk sisi utara dan barat direncakan revetment dengan kemiringan talud 1:3. Total RAB perkuatan ini sebesar Rp. 604,413,957,456.68

PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya Banten needs larger coal storage area in order to cope with the additional PLTU production for unit 9 and 10 (power plant). In order to solve area limitation for coal storage, beach reclamation is used to increase storage space. The ground base condition in the area of reclamation is identified to be sand. Sand is non-cohesive and has a high permeability rate. The reclamation process, reclaimed up to -15 lws with the area of 25 hectars. This process exploded a nearby hill and utilised it as reclamation materials. The variation in depth of the seabed needed many alternative plans to strengthen the ground base and embankment. Furthermore, alternative plans required to be efficient and act as a shore protection from sea waves.
In this final project the structure of reinforcement on the land of embankment is planned using steel plaster and revetment. Both structures are analyzed for stability using the PLAXIS auxiliary program. Then planned the implementation method and calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB).
From the results of the analyzes that have been done we get high for each variation of the planned seabed elevation of -5Lw. The results of the ground-retaining structure design on the northwest side use a 25-meter Steel Pipe Sheet Pile and a 27m-long batter pile mounted every 3m. For the north and west sides planned revetment with a slope of 1: 3 talud. The total RAB of this strengthening is Rp. 604,413,957,456.68
