Abstract
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Banten 3 Lontar merupakan pembangkit listrik yang terletak di Desa Lontar, Kecamatan Kemiri, Kabupaten Tangerang, Propinsi Banten. Pada tanggal 31 Oktober 2016 sampai dengan 3 Maret 2017, dilakukan pengerukan di area Jetty dan Canal Water Intake PLTU akibat terjadi sedimentasi yang menyebabkan pendangkalan pada area masuk maupun sekitar dermaga sehingga transportasi tongkang pemasok batubara terganggu. Pekerjaan pengerukan yang dilakukan tersebut berakibat pada penurunan kualitas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persebaran parameter kualitas air sebelum dan sesudah dilakukannya pekerjaan pengerukan. Parameter yang dikaji adalah Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), dan Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). Dari hasil pemodelan kualitas air setelah pengerukan, konsentrasi Total Suspended Solid (TSS) dan Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) di area pengerukan dinyatakan melebihi nilai baku mutu air, yaitu dengan konsentrasi 84,83 mg/l dan 123,27 mg/l berurutan.

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU) Banten 3 Lontar is a power plant located in Lontar, Kemiri Subdistrict, Tangerang, Banten. On 31st October 2016 until March 3rd 2017, dredging work was carried out in the area of Jetty and Canal water intake of PLTU Banten 3 Lontar due to the large sedimentation causing silting at the entrance area or around the docks causing disruption of the transportation of coal supplier barge. The dredging work undertaken has decreaed the water quality.The purpose of this study is to find out the spreading of water quality parameter before and after the dredging work. The parameters are Total Suspended Solid (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). From the outcome of water quality modeling after dredging, the concentration of Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in the dredging area is stated exceeding the value of water quality standard, with concentration of 84,83 mg/l and 123,27 mg/l respectively.
