Abstract

===============================================
The erection of the pile foundation of Teluk Lamong flyover which located near the gas pipe belonging to PT. X, certainly poses a threat to be avoided. The purpose of this research is to identify the possibility of soil liquefaction due to the vibration of piling erection that can affect gas pipeline PT. X. Soil liquefaction can trigger a settlement soil and cause changes in the properties or damage to the pipe. Risk analysis is done by monte carlo method to find the chance of failure of the system. Determination of consequences is done based on the stress analysis on the pipeline, by comparing the value of combined stress with SMYS (Specified Minimum Yield Strength). After obtaining the result of comparison, then rank with DNV GL RP-F107 risk matrix. From the calculation and analysis that has been done based on the available data, it is known that the soil liquefaction event will not happen or the possibility of occurrence is very small, because the safety factor value from KP 62+ 300 to KP 62+ 630 is greater than 1 for minimum (a min= 0,059 g) ground vibration acceleration, average (a avg= 0,116 g), and maximum (a max= 0,323). So the potential for ground loss (settlement) also does not exist. The combined stress value compared to SMYS shows the consequences for all kilometers post, at the minimum criterion of <0.9 SMYS or in other words the consequence of the pipe is at the lowest rank (no damage). The result of this final project shows the position of frequency and the consequence is in ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practicable) zone on the risk matrix.
