Abstract
Proyek pembangunan Gedung Asrama Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya adalah bangunan 5 lantai yang telah dibangun 2015. Proyek akhir ini akan memerlukan perencanaan peaksaan pekerjaan struktur dengan objek pembangunan Gedung Asrama Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya dari lantai 1 hingga lantai 5 sampai mendapatkan hasil akhir berupa waktu dan biaya pelaksaan sesuai dengan metode yang direncakan. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan sumber refrensi HSPK, survey dan brosur. Sedangkan refrensi buku dari Ir. A Soedrajat dan refrensi tentang alat berat. Perhitungan volume pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan gambar pelaksanaan yang ada dan berdasarkan analisa. Sedangkan untuk produktifitas dan kebutuhan sumber daya setiap pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan refrensi yang digunakan sehingga didapatkan waktu dan jumlah biaya yang diperlukan dari pelaksanaan pembangunan pada obyek studi. Hasil durasi dan produktifitas tiap pekerjaan yang dihitung sebelumnya dapat dujadikan input pada aplikasi software Mr Project untuk membantu dalam merencakan penjadwalan pelaksanaan proek beserta dengan metode pelaksanaannya. Kontrol penjadwalan dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis pada resource graph untuk mengoptimalkan pengunaan sumber daya agar tidak ada idle time. Dari perencanaan proyek tersebut adalah 147 hari dengan total biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp 7.585.695.000.

Dormitory Building Surabaya State University Surabaya is a 5 floor building has been built in 2015. This final project will perform the planning of the structural work with the object of Construction Boarding House Surabaya State University Surabaya from the semi-basement floor until the 5th floor just to get the final result of duration and cost of construction in accordance with the planned method. Calculation of duration and cost of construction using the main reference source from Ir. A. Soedrajat and reference on heavy equipment. The calculation of the volume of work is calculated based on the existing plementation picture and based on the analysis. As for the productivity and resource needs of each job is calculated based on the reference used to obtain the time and amount of costs required from the result of development on the object of study. The results of duration and productivity of each work calculated beforehand can be used as input in MS Project software applications to assist in planning the scheduling of project along with the method of implementation. Scheduling control is done by analyzing the resource graph to optimize the use of resources in the absence of idle time. From the planning that has been compiled the result of the project duration is 147 days with total cost of Rp 7.585.695.000.
