Abstract

Pantai Pancer yang terletak di desa Puger Kulon, kecamatan Puger, kabupaten Jember merupakan pantai yang berada dibagian selatan Pulau Jawa. Gelombang yang terjadi di laut selatan Pulau Jawa cukup tinggi. Sementara muara sungai digunakan masyarakat setempat sebagai alur masuk pelayaran pelabuhan perikanan puger. Maka, pada Pantai Pancer dibangun bangunan pengaman pantai. Bangunan tersebut telah beberapa kali mengalami redesign. Namun, masalah kecelakaan laut akibat gelombang masih tetap terjadi. Bangunan berupa groin dan training jetty belum bisa sepenuhnya meredam gelombang dari berbagai arah. Gelombang dari laut masuk ke alur pelayaran sehingga mengganggu pergerakan kapal nelayan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan redesign bangunan pengaman alur masuk pelabuhan tersebut.
Beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan sebelum melakukan redesign bangunan pengaman pantai adalah studi pustaka, survei lapangan dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Data sekunder meliputi data angin, data pasang surut, data topografi dan bathimetri. Data angin digunakan untuk peramalan gelombang sehingga didapatkan tinggi, periode, dan arah gelombang. Data pasang surut digunakan untuk mendapatkan elevasi muka air laut rencana sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan elevasi puncak bangunan pengaman pantai. Data topografi digunakan yaitu garis pantai. Data bathimetri untuk mendapatkan kemiringan dasar laut. Data yang didapatkan dari hasil analisis data tersebut digunakan untuk analisis gelombang. Pada tugas akhir ini, analisis gelombang menggunakan software Mike 21.
Setelah dilakukan simulasi permodelan gelombang menggunakan Mike 21, didapatkan 3 layout alternatif. Dari 3 layout alternatif tersebut dipilih alternatif ke-3. Karena bangunan pada layout tersebut lebih bisa meredam gelombang dari berbagai arah datang gelombang. Layout alternatif ke-3 terdiri dari bangunan breakwater dan tambahan training jetty. Breakwater dan tambahan training jetty masing-masing berada hingga kedalaman -8 m. Material lapis lindung breakwater yaitu tetrapod. Kemiringan kepala breakwater yaitu 1:2. Sedangkan kemiringan lengan yaitu 1:1,5. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan dimensi struktur, didapatkan elevasi puncak breakwater +5,013 dengan lebar puncak 3 m. Pada kedalaman -8 m tinggi bangunan yaitu 13,01 m. Sedangkan material lapis lindung tambahan training jetty yaitu dolos dengan kemiringan 1:2. Elevasi puncak yaitu +5.193 dengan lebar puncak 3,6 m. Pada kedalaman -8 m tinggi bangunan yaitu 13,28 m.

Pancer Beach, located in the village of Puger Kulon, Puger Kulon sub district, Jember district is a beach located on the southern part of the Java island. The waves that occurred in the southern sea of Java Island is quite high. While the estuary is used by local people for fish port’s entrance channel. Thus, on those Pancer Beach was built shore protection structure. The buildings have been redesigned several times. However, the problem of marine accidents caused by the waves never end. Breakwater and training jetty can not fully muffle the waves from various directions. Waves from the sea enter to the entrance channel. Thus, disturb the movement of fishing vessels. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign of shore protection structure for fish port’s entrance channel.
Somethings that need to be done before redesign the shore protection structure are literature study, field survey and collect secondary data. Secondary data include wind data, tidal data, topography and bathymetry data. Wind data is used to forecast the waves. The output is height, period, and direction of waves. Tidal data is used to obtain sea level elevation that can be used to determine the peak elevation of shore protection structure. The part of topography data that used is coastline. Bathymetry data is used to get the slope of the seabed. The data which is obtained from the data analysis is used for wave analysis. In this final project, waves analysis use Mike 21 software.
After simulate the wave modeling using Mike 21, it is obtained 3 alternative layouts. Based on those 3 alternative layouts, layout selected is the third layout alternative. Because the structure on the third layout more able to reduce the waves from the various direction. The structure of the third alternative layout consists of breakwater and additional training jetty. Breakwater and additional training jetty are located on -8 m depth. The primary layer material of breakwater is tetrapod. The slope of the head of the breakwater is 1: 2. While the slope of the trunk is 1:1,5. After calculate dimensional structure, it is obtained that the peak elevation of breakwater is +5,013. The peak width is 3 m. At the depth of -8 m, height of the structure is 13.01 m. While the primary layer material of additional training jetty is dolos. The slope is 1: 2. The Peak elevation is +5,193. The peak width is 3.6 m. At the depth of -8 m, height of the structure is 13.28 m.
