Abstract
Gedung Apartemen Lagoon Resort Tower A merupakan sebuah gedung yang yang terletak di wilayah Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Gedung tersebut memiliki 19 lantai (±61,80m) dan akan dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan 1 lantai sehingga menjadi 20 lantai (±63,80m). Penambahan 1 lantai diletakkan di lantai 17 yang berfungsi sebagai ruang pertemuan. Ruang pertemuan didesain bebas dari kolom sehingga ruangan akan terlihat lebih nyaman dan luas. Karena terbebas dari kolom, balok menjadi lebih panjang dan harus didesain menggunakan beton pratekan sehingga dimensi balok tidak terlalu besar. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapatkan gaya pratekan awal sebesar 1600kN dengan kehilangan pratekan sebesar 27,22%.
Gedung Apartemen Lagoon Resort Tower A Bekasi direncanakan agar mampu memikul beban gempa. Sistem penahan gaya gempa yang digunakan adalah sistem ganda dimana beban gravitasi sepenuhnya dipikul oleh rangka utama sedangkan beban lateral dipikul bersama oleh rangka utama dan dinding geser. Gedung Apartemen Lagoon Resort Tower A Bekasi masuk pada kategori desain seismik D, sehingga perencanaan menggunakan Sistem Ganda dibagi menjadi Struktur Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan Dinding Struktur Beton Khusus (DSBK). Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, rangka pemikul momen menahan gempa arah X sebesar 25,06% dan arah Y sebesar 29,74%, sedangkan sisanya diterima oleh dinding geser.

Apartment Lagoon Resort Tower A is a located in Bekasi, West Java. It has 19 floors (±61,80 m) and is modified by adding 1 floor to 20 floors (±63,80m). The addition floor is placed on the 17th floor which serves as a meeting room. The meeting room is designed to be free of columns so that room will look more comfortable and spacious. Because it is free of columns, the beam must be planned using prestressed concrete beam because of its long span. It on long spans aims to make the dimensions of the beam not too large. From the calculation result, presstressed force obtained at 1600kN with loss of prestress equal to 27,22%
Apartment Building Lagoon Resort Tower A Bekasi planned to be able to bear the burden of the earthquake. An earthquake-resisting system used is a dual system where the gravitational load is entirely borne by the main frame while the lateral load is shared by the main frame and shear wall. Lagoon Resort Tower Tower Building Bekasi belongs to the category of seismic design D, so the planning of using Dual System is divided into Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) and Special Reinforced Concrete Shear Wall (SRCSW). From the results of the analysis that has been done, moment resisting frame hold earth quake X 25.06% and Y direction of 29.74%. And the other carried by shear wall.
