Abstract

Analisis yang dilakukan pada struktur WHP-B didasari karena adanya penambahan sruktur riser guard baru karena adanya penambahan riser, akibat dari penambahan sumber eksploitasi reservoir yaitu WHP-D dan WHP-C. Tujuan dari analisis adalah mengethui apakah model riser guard memenuhi syarat, dari nilai energi dissipation atau energi yang mampu diserap oleh struktur, terhadap beban tubrukan kapal yang divariasikan dari kecepatan 1m/s dan 1.5 m/s, dan variasi tubrukan yaitu 0⁰ - 80⁰. Selain energi yang mampu diserap dilihat juga defleksi maksimum, dari analisis collapse. Setelah analisis kekuatan struktur menyerap energi tubrukan kapal, diakhiri analisis statis terhadap beban lingkungan 1 tahun dan 100 tahun, setelah terdapat cacat pada bracing kaki jacket dan pada member riser guard. Analisis menggunakan analisis ship impact pada SACS 5.6 untuk mendapatkan kedalman denting, dimana inputnya merupakan displacement kapal, kecepatan tubrukan dan sudut tubrukan. Hasil dari analisis denting terbesar dibentuk pada sudut 50⁰ yaitu 1.48 in. Untuk energi dissipation yang paling besar adalah 7,247.81 kip in. Defkesi terbesar adalah -7.91042 m arah –y. Unity check terbesar adalah 0.46 untuk operation condition.

The analysis of WHP-B platform was based on adding the new riser and riser guard due to the new line of exploitation at WHP-C and WHP-D platform. The aims of analysis is to verify the ability of riser guard to resist a boat impact in normal and accidental ship collision. The parameter of the riser guard ablity are the maximum energy was absorbed by riser guard with the variation of speed of collision (1m/s and 1.5 m/s) and degree of collision (0⁰-80⁰), the maximum deflection of member on collpase analysis, and the maximum unity check on post damaged analysis with 1-year period enviromental and 100-year period enviromental. The analysis was perfomed by ship impact analysis to obtain the denting depth. Denting is the local plastis deformation due to the ebsorbed impact energy. The input of ship impact analysis is the ship displacement, the speed of collision, and degree of collision. Theres two of model of riser guard that would be analysed, one was the model from the owner requirement, and the modification model. The maximum dent depth is 1.48 in was formed on 50⁰ degree os collision,for the maximum energy dissipation is 7,247.81 kip in. The maximum deflection is -7.91042 m, in –y direction. The maximum unity check is 0.46 untuk operation condition and storm condition. The conclusion is the exsiting model od riser guard is capable to resist the impact load.
