Abstract
Proyek Rumah Susun Sewa (RUSUNAWA) Gunung Anyar Surabaya merupakan salah satu bagian pembangunan Rumah Susun yang terletak di Jl. Wonorejo Rusunawa, Wonorejo, Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya dengan menggunakan metode pembangunan cast in situ. Desain struktur akan dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pracetak pada elemen struktur sekunder yaitu balok anak dan pelat serta elemen primer yaitu balok induk. Modifikasi juga dilakukan pada jumlah lantai yaitu dengan melakukan penambahani menjadi 8 lantai. Dalam mendesain elemen struktur pracetak, mengacu pada peraturan SNI 7833: 2012 dan PCI Design Handbook Edition 7th Precast and Prestress Concrete. Dari data perencanaan yang ada, dilakukan preliminary desain dimensi serta tebal elemen struktur. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan penulangan berdasarkan hasil gaya yang di dapat dari program bantu serta pendesainan sambungan. Perencanaan akhir berupa metode pelaksanaan pengerjaan. Pendetailan penulangan akan dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar dan video animasi. Sambungan balok induk-kolom menggunakan sambungan menerus serta korbel, dan sambungan balok anak- balok induk menggunakan sambungan menerus. Hasil perencanaan Gedung Rusunawa ini meliputi ukuran pelat dengan tebal 14 cm, dimensi balok induk 40/70, dimensi balok anak 40/45, dan dimensi kolom 60/60. ======================================================================================================================Project “Rusunawa Gunung Anyar Surabaya” is one of Homestead construction project that located in Jl. Wonorejo Rusunawa, Wonorejo, Gunung Anyar, Surabaya City and used conventional method/cast in situ method in the construction method. Structure design will be made with Precast Method on the primary structure such as main beam (girder), and secondary structure such as joist beam and slab. Modification are also used on number of floors from 5 to 8 floor. In designing precast structure, reffering to the rules in SNI 7833:2012 and PCI Design Handbook Edition 7th Precast and Prestress Concrete. From the following data, calculate preliminary design of dimension and thickness of structure element. Next step, calculate reinforcement based on analysis result from Analysis software and continue to design connection. Final step is the method of implementation. Reinforcement detailing will be visualized in drawing form and animation video. Beam-Column connection using corbel connection, and Beam-Beam connection using lap splice connection. Design result of Rusunwa Building are included slab with 14 cm thickness, beam (girder) dimension is 40/70, joist dimension is 40/45, and column dimension is 60/60.
