Abstract
Kenyamanan pengunjung akan terpenuhi apabila terdapat perilaku masyarakat yang ramah pariwisata dan terdapat infrastruktur yang mendukung. Wisata pantai Teluk Hijau belum mempunyai infrastruktur yang memadai seperti ; jaringan jalan, jaringan listrik, dan penerangan jalan sedangkan wisata pantai Teluk Hijau sendiri mempunyai pengunjung yang meningkat setiap tahunnya.
Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis infrastruktur yang dibutuhkan wisata pantai Teluk Hijau Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Sasaran studi pada penelitian ini adalah ; Menilai kondisi eksisting infrastruktur pariwisata di wisata Pantai Teluk Hijau, menganalisa tingkat kepentingan infrastruktur pariwisata di daerah wisata Pantai Teluk Hijau, memberikan arahan green infrastruktur berdasarkan analisis tingkat kepentingan. Untuk mengetahui karakteristik infrastruktur digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif sedangkan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan pariwisata Teluk Hijau digunakan analisis IPA (importance-performance analysis), terkahir untuk menyusun arahan pengembangan infrastruktur digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil analisis pertama didapatkan karakteristik infrastruktur eksisting seperti : jarinagan jalan, penunjuk arah, ticketing, lahan aprkir, pos keamanan, rumah makan dan gazebo. Berdasarkan hasil IPA, fasilitas yang dibutuhkan adalah ; Penyediaan Titik Evakuasi, Penyediaan Jaringan Jalan, Penyediaan Pos Kesehatan, Penyediaan Toilet, Terminal Angkutan, Moda Transportasi, Jaringan Telekomunikasi. Berdasarkan analisis Triangulasi arahan penyediaan infrastruktur di Teluk Hijau di prioritaskan untuk : aksesbilitas (penyediaan jaringan jalan, moda transportasi, penandaan atau penunjuk arah), fasilitas dan pelayanan wisata (penyediaan kantor informasi, lahan parkir terpusat, penyediaan pos kesehatan, penyediaan titik evakuasi, penyediaan toilet/mck), utilitas (penyediaan jaringan air bersih, penyediaan jaringan telekomunikasi, penyediaan tempat sampah terpusat).

The convenience of visitors will be met if there is a tourism-friendly community behavior and there is a supportive infrastructure. Teluk Hijau beach tourism does not have adequate infrastructure such as; road networks, electricity networks, and street lighting while Green Bay beach tourism alone has visitors increasing every year.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the infrastructure needed by Teluk Hijau beach tourism of Banyuwangi regency. The objective of this study is to assess the existing condition of tourism infrastructure in Teluk Hijau tourism, to analyze the level of importance of tourism infrastructure in Teluk Hijau Bay tourism area, to provide green infrastructure direction based on interest rate analysis. To know the characteristics of infrastructure, it is used descriptive qualitative analysis. To find out the level of tourism interests of Green Bay, an IPA analysis (importance-performance analysis) is used and to develop the infrastructure development guidance, qualitative descriptive analysis is used.
From the results of the first analysis, the existing infrastructure characteristics such as roads, signposts, ticketing, parking land, security posts, restaurants and gazebos is obtained. Based on the results of the IPA, the facilities needed are; Provision of Evacuation Points, Provision of Road Networks, Provision of Health Post, Toilet Provision, Transportation Terminal, Transportation Mode, and Telecommunication Network. Based on Triangulation analysis, the direction of infrastructure provision in Green Bay is prioritized for accessibility (provision of road networks, modes of transportation, designation or direction), tourism facilities and services (provision of information offices, centralized parking lots, provision of health posts, provision of evacuation points, provision of toilet), utilities (provision of clean water networks, provision of telecommunications networks, provision of centralized trash bins).
