Abstract
Pendidikan pada era globalisasi dapat menuntut masyarakat untuk mengembangkan ketrampilan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Universidade da Paz (UNPAZ) sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta di Timor – Leste, dan UNPAZ di akreditasi oleh National Agency for Academic Assessment and Accreditation (ANAAA) untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan berdasarkan evaluasi dan penilaian jaminan kualitas agar dapat mengembangkan interaksi antar proses pembelajaran secara profesional. Pada penellitian ini hanya berfokus pada mahasiswa dan lulusan, sumber daya manusia, serta sarana prasarana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi dengan internal factor evaluation (IFE) dan external factor evaluation (IFE) berdasarkan standar akreditasi ANAAA. Pemilihan strategi menggunakan AHP dengan bantuan software expert choice V11 untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kinerja di UNPAZ. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan analsis SWOT dan AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa merumuskan strategi dengan evaluasi faktor internal dan evaluasi faktor eksternal, sehingga posisi mahasiswa dan lulusan berada pada kuadran II dengan kekuatan 0.22 dan ancaman -0.5 dengan kondisi kuat – ancaman (ST), posisi sumber daya manusia berada pada kuadran III dengan kelemahan -0.01 dan peluang 0.11 dengan kondisi peluang – kelemahan (WO), sedangkan posisi sarana prasarana berada pada kuadran III dengan kelemahan -0.16 dan peluang 0.26 dengan kondisi peluang – kelemahan (WO). Pemilihan strategi terbaik menggunakan metode AHP dengan bantuan software expert choice V11. Pemilihan strategi terbaik berdasarkan overall inconsistency sebesar 10% kebawah, dan overall inconsistency 0.05 untuk sumber daya manusia, overall inconsistency 0.04 untuk mahasiswa dan lulusan, sedangkan overall inconsistency 0.02 untuk sarana prasarana pada tingkat inkonsistensi yang masih diterima. ============================================= Education in the era of globalization can demand the community to develop quality skills in accordance with the competencies they have. Universidade da Paz (UNPAZ) as one of the private universities in Timor - Leste, and UNPAZ has been accredited by the National Agency for Academic Assessment and Accreditation (ANAAA) to improve the quality of education based on the evaluation and assessment of quality assurance in order to develop the interaction between the learning process professionally. In this research only focuses on students and graduates, human resources, and infrastructure facilities. The purpose of this research is to formulate strategy with internal factor evaluation (IFE) and external factor evaluation (IFE) based on ANAAA accreditation standard. Selection of strategy using AHP with expert choice software V11 to improve quality and performance in UNPAZ. The approach used in this research is using SWOT and Analytical Hierarchy Process analysis approach. The result of this research shows that formulate a strategy with internal factor evaluation and external factor evaluation. Quadrant position of students and graduates was in quadrant II with the strengths value of 0.22 and threats value of -0.5 with condition strength - threat (ST), quadrant position of human resource was in quadrant III with the weaknesses value of -0.01 and opportunities value of 0.11 with condition opportunity - weakness (WO), while quadrant position of infrastructure was in quadrant III with the weaknesses value of -0.16 and opportunities value of 0.26 with condition opportunity - weakness (WO). The best strategy selection using AHP calculation with expert choice software V11. Selection of the best strategy based on overall inconsistency of 10% down, and overall inconsistency 0.05 for human resources, overall inconsistency 0.04 for students and graduates, while overall inconsistency 0.02 for infrastructure at the level of inconsistencies still accepted.
