Abstract

Kondisi responden A stabil selama mengikuti terapi menggunakan sepeda pasca stroke, HRR meningkat 100% menjadi 4 beat per 2 menit, Kapasitas VO2 Maks meningkat 10,28 %, Jumlah Konsumsi energi meningkat 34,04 %. Kondisi responden B stabil selama mengikuti terapi menggunakan sepeda pasca stroke, HRR meningkat 100% menjadi 4 beat per 2 menit, Kapasitas VO2 Maks menurun 6,93 %, Jumlah Konsumsi energi meningkat 67,05 %. Kondisi responden C stabil selama mengikuti terapi menggunakan sepeda pasca stroke, HRR meningkat 100% menjadi 4 beat per 2 menit, Kapasitas VO2 Maks meningkat 4,88 %, Jumlah Konsumsi energi meningkat 42,27 %. Kondisi responden D stabil selama mengikuti terapi menggunakan sepeda pasca stroke, HRR meningkat 100% menjadi 4 beat per 2 menit, Kapasitas VO2 Maks menurun 2,38 %, Jumlah Konsumsi energi meningkat 56,82 %.

=========================================================

There is a medical treatment for people who had stroke besides usage of drugs, that is using physical treatment for recovering body movement of a patient. Bike is one of the equipment for exercises and transportation, that is good for environment. For that reason, bike is usually used for rehabilitation for patient who had stroke. In 2017, Agus started developing delta concept tricycle, which is using 2 rear wheels and 1 front wheel, to find out the performance from the bike then it is done a experiment, experiment for the strength of framework, ergonomics of the bike until the usefulness for the patient.
For that reason, then it is done steps for the experiment which consists of: literature and field studies, determine the criteria of the samples, election of the samples, arrange a bunch of medical records, a paddle therapy, tabulation of the results, analyzing development of patient’s health, conclusion and also recommendations for the next research. The usefulness of post-stroke bike for patient’s treatment can be observed from the improvement of patient’s health after they was given a treatment using post-stroke bike.
The Results from this final project is procedure of post-stroke bike dynamically, which is consists of steps for using post-stroke bike, duration of treatment, and restriction of paddle treatment using post-stroke bike. Condition of A is stable while taking part of using post-stroke bike, the HRR is increasing 100%, 4 beats per 2 minutes, VO2 maximum capacity is also increasing 10,28%, usage of A’s energy is also increasing 34,04%. While condition of B is stable while taking part of using post-stroke bike, the HRR is increasing 100%, 4 beats per 2 minutes, VO2 maximum capacity is decreasing 6,93%, usage of B’s energy is also increasing 67,05%. Condition of C is stable while taking part of using post-stroke bike, the HRR is increasing 100%, 4 beats per 2 minutes, VO2 maximum capacity is increasing 4,88%, usage of C’s energy is also increasing 42,27%. Lastly, condition of D is stable while taking part of using post-stroke bike, the HRR is increasing 100%, 4 beats per 2 minutes, VO2 maximum capacity is decreasing 2,38%, usage of D’s energy is also increasing 56,82%.From the result of 6 minutes-walking test, is noted group that using post-stroke bike, their fitness is more increasing than group that isn’t using post-stroke bike for treatment.
