Abstract
Pertumbuhan penduduk perkotaan yang cenderung meningkat dari tahun ke tahun menimbulkan peningkatan permintaan terhadap kebutuhan akan tempat tinggal. Dimana tempat tinggal atau rumah merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang akan terus berkembang sesuai dengan karakter masyarakat. Solusi yang pernah ditawarkan pun relative banyak salah satunya dengan adanya rusun (rumah susun) guna mengevisiensi lahan yang semakin menipis. Namun, rumah susun kurang memperhatikan aspek kenyamanan dan psikologis masyarakat kalangan menengah yang sedang memiliki permintaan yang tinggi akan persediaan rumah tinggal. Oleh karena itu masyarakat kalangan menengah lebih memilih untuk membeli apartemen. Hunian vertikal bagi kalangan menengah yang sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat di kawasan padat Wonokromo Surabaya. Dasar dari perancangan Hunian Vertikal di Wonokromi ini nantinya adalah dengan menekankan pada pendekatan Architecture and Human Behaviour warga masyarakat yang ada di Surabaya khususnya di sekitar wilayah Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan desain hunian ini menggunakan konsep Architecture and Human Behaviour dan Menekankan Karakteristik Wonokromo. Kontribusi psikologi lingkungan bagi kehidupa manusia adalah salah satunya membantu dalam membuat sebuah desain lingkungan yang dirasa nyaman oleh psikologis pengunanya. mengatur perancngan, arsitektur, prasarana, tata kota, peta bumi yang disesuaikan dengan psikologi orang – orang yang akan menghuni, bekerja atau memanfaatkan lingkungan tersebut.
========================================================The growth of urban population that tends to increase from year to year raises the demand for housing needs. Where residence or home is a basic need that will continue to grow in accordance with the character of society. Solutions ever offered was relatively much one of them with the flats in order to eviscerate the diminishing land. However, the flats are less concerned with the comfort and psychological aspects of middle class people who are having high demand for housing stock. Therefore, the middle class people prefer to buy an apartment. Vertical occupancy for the middle class in accordance with the needs of the community in the dense area Wonokromo Surabaya. The basis of the design of Vertical Housing in Wonokromi is later to emphasize the approach of Architecture and Human Behavior community residents in Surabaya, especially around the city of Surabaya. This residential design approach uses the concept of Architecture and Human Behavior and Emphasizes the Characteristics of Wonokromo. The contribution of environmental psychology to human life is one of them helps in making an environmental design that is felt comfortable by the psychological users. arranging design, architecture, infrastructure, urban planning, earth maps tailored to the psychology of people who will inhabit, work or exploit the environment.
