Abstract
PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) merupakan salah satu perusahaan BUMN penyedia jasa fasilitas kepelabuhanan. Untuk itu, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) melakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia secara berkesinambungan. Knowledge management (KM) merupakan salah satu program yang akan diimplementasikan oleh PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) untuk mewujudkan prinsip pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkelanjutan. Hingga saat ini, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) belum melakukan sosialisasi secara khusus kepada karyawan dalam penerapan program KM, sedangkan penerapan KM sudah ditetapkan pada rencana strategis Kementerian BUMN pada tahun 2012 hingga 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor implementasi KM dan memilih prioritas faktor implementasi KM serta mengevaluasi kesiapan implementasi KM pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Likert Summated Ratings (LSR). Narasumber yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdapat 5 ahli dan 2 akademisi sekaligus praktisi. Untuk responden evaluasi kesiapan, terdapat 23 responden yang menjabat sebagai staff human capital. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat 8 faktor dengan total 38 indikator yang sesuai dengan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Berdasarkan prioritas faktor secara berurutan adalah EMF, TMF, CIF, CF, HRMF, KAF, TIF, dan OIF. Sedangkan berdasarkan tingkat kesiapan, hasil evaluasi kesiapan secara keseluruhan berada pada posisi tidak siap. Namun, berdasarkan hasil rekap responden, sebagian besar indikator dinyatakan sudah siap untuk diimplementasikan. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa, karyawan sudah siap dalam melaksanakan program KM, namun pihak tim KM merasa masih perlu adanya perbaikan dalam setiap indikator implementasi KM sebelum diimplementasikan kepada karyawan. ===========================================================
PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) is one of state-owned companies which provide port facilities services. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) makes efforts to improve the capabilities and skills of Human Resources effectively. Knowledge management is one of company’s programs that will be implemented by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) to realize the principle of sustainable human resources development. Until now, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) has not socialize specifically to the employees about knowledge management implementation, while the implementation of knowledge management has been set in the strategic plan of the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises in 2012 to 2014. This study aims to identify factors of knowledge management implementation, select the priority factors of knowledge management implementation, and evaluation readiness of knowledge management implementation on PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). This study uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Likert Summated Rating (LSR) method. The interviewees of this study consist of 5 experts and 2 academics as well as practitioners. For respondents of readiness evaluation, there are 23 respondents who as human capital staff. The results of this study, there are 8 factors with a total of 38 indicators in accordance with PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Based on the priority of successive factors is EMF, TMF, CIF, CF, HRMF, KAF, TIF, and OIF. According to the results of the readiness at all is, the position is not ready at all. However, based on the results of the respondents, most of the indicators are ready to be implemented. This indicates that, employees are ready to implement the KM program, but the KM team will still need improvement in every indicator of the implementation KM before it is implemented to the employees.
