Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Spazio Tower terletak di Jalan Mayjend Yono Soewoyo Surabaya, merupakan salah satu bagian dari pembangunan gedung yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah (TATA). Proyek ini dibangun di atas lahan seluas 3.583 m2 yang terdiri dari 27 lantai.
Perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini dilakukan dengan menghitung volume, produktivitas, durasi dan menyusun jadwal pada masing-masing item pekerjaan. Untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan brosur dan standard harga di Kota Surabaya.
Berdasarkan hasil pehitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil biaya pekerjaan senilai Rp19.246.780.000,- dengan waktu pelaksanaan 98 hari kalender. Perhitungan di atas merupakan perhitungan biaya khusus untuk struktur utama bangunan lantai 8 sampai 18 dan perhitungan biaya atap rangka baja.=========================================

The Spazio Tower construction project located at Mayjend Yono Soewoyo Street Surabaya, it is one of the building construction which built by PT. Tatamulia Nusantara Indah (TATA) contractor. This project is build in 3,583 m2 land that has total 27 stories.
Cost and time calculation in this project is done by calculating the volumes, productivity, durations and scheduling on each work items. The calculation for cost implementation is using the brochures and standard prices in Surabaya.
Based on the result of analysis, the cost for this project is Rp19.246.780.000,- with time implementation 98 days. The calculation above is only for the 8th floor to 18th floor structure of the building and steel roof truss.
