Abstract
Sumber daya manusia menjadi tenaga penggerak utama bagi sebuah perusahaan. Selama ini banyak perusahaan berlomba-lomba untuk mengembangkan kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan dukungan organisasi dari setiap karyawan yang ada agar dapat membantu tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Ketika kategori pengembangan tersebut tidak dapat terpenuhi maka akan menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi perusahaan dimana dampak salah satunya adalah banyak karyawan yang ingin keluar dari pekerjaan. PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan terkemuka di Indonesia yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa Integrator dan servis sistem Information and communication technology (ICT) yang fokus pada data center/virtualization, collaboration, service provider dan enterprise network, solusi keamanan sistem informasi dan value-added services. Saat ini PT XYZ sedang menghadapi kendala akan tingginya jumlah karyawan yang keluar masuk di perusahaan (high turnover). Permasalahan SDM ini menjadi sangat serius ketika jumlah turnover dari karyawan semakin tahun semakin meningkat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan dan dukungan organisasional terhadap niatan berpindah serta menganalisis variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap niatan berpindah. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 117 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SEM dengan program AMOS 24.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah terbukti melalui pengujian yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,444 dan nilai standard regression = -0.077. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif kurang signifikan terhadap turnover terbukti melalui pengujian yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0.467 dan nilai standar regression = -0,081. Dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan sangat signifikan terhadap turnover terbukti melalui pengujian yang menghasilkan nilai p = 0,048 dan standar regression = -0.211

During this time, many companies are competing to develop job satisfaction, leadership, and organization support of each employee in order to help achieving the goals of the company. When the category of development can not be fulfilled, it will be a major problem for the company which one kind of impact of them is a lot of employees want to quit his job. PT XYZ is a leading Indonesia company engaged in information and communication systems (ICT) integrator and services that focus on data centers/virtualization, collaboration, service providers, and enterprise networks, information security solution, and value-added services. Currently PT XYZ faces problem on the high number of employees entering and leaving the company (high turnover). This human resource problem become very serious when the number of employee turnover increases from year to year.
This research aims to analyze the effect of variables of job satisfaction, leadership and organizational support on the turnover intention and analyze the variables that have the greatest influence on the turnover intention. The sample used was 117 respondents. Data analysis using SEM with AMOS 24 program.
Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that job satisfaction had a negative effect that was not significant to turnover intention, proved by testing which resulted in a value of p = 0.444 and the standard regression value = -0.077. Leadership has a negative effect that was not significant on turnover intention, proven by testing that produces p = 0.467 and standard regression value = -0.081. Organizational support has a negative and very significant effect on turnover intention through testing that yields p = 0.048 and standard regression = -0.211
