Abstract
Salah satu elemen penting dalam proses konversi energi listrik yaitu inverter, dimana fungsinya mengkonversi tegangan dan arus searah menjadi tegangan dan arus bolak balik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah inverter satu fasa dengan gelombang keluarannya mendekati sinusoidal murni atau sinyal sinus terhadap beban resistif. Salah satu jenis inverter yaitu voltage source inverter (VSI) satu fasa yang dilengkapi dengan pengontrol tegangan dan frekuensi output sehingga aliran daya dapat dikontrol. Sistem tersebut diperoleh dengan memberikan sinyal Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) ke MOSFET pada inverter untuk metode pensaklaran bipolar dengan topologi full bridge. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan yaitu inverter hasil perancangan menghasilkan tegangan keluaran rms sebesar 221 Volt dengan tegangan masukan DC 320 Volt dan frekuensi sebesar 50 Hz.

One of the important elements in the process of
converting electrical energy is the inverter, where its function
converts the voltage and direct current into the voltage and
alternating current. This study aims to produce a single phase
inverter with its output wave approaching a pure sinusoidal
or a sine signal to a resistive load. One type of inverter is a
one-phase voltage source inverter (VSI) equipped with a
voltage controller and an output frequency so that the power
flow can be controlled. The system is obtained by providing a
Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) signal to the
MOSFET in the inverter for a bipolar switching method with
a full bridge topology. Based on the test results obtained that
the design of the inverter generates a rms output voltage of
221 Volt with a DC input voltage of 320 Volts and frequency
of 50 Hz.
