Abstract
At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya merupakan bangunan yang terletak di Kota Surabaya. Bangunan ini terdiri dari 13 lantai dan atap baja. Berdasarkan nilai SPT pada lokasi bangunan, gedung perkuliahan yang termasuk ke dalam kategori resiko IV ini dibangun diatas tanah lunak (SE) dan dikenakan ke dalam Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) D. Oleh sebab itu, At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya ini direncanakan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Bangunan akan direncanakan menggunakan tangga, balok, dan pelat pracetak, sedangkan kolom menggunakan beton cor setempat. Dalam perencanaan pracetak perlu dilakukan kontrol terhadap beton pracetak tersebut saat proses pengangkatan, penumpukan, pemasangan, dan cor setempat.
Hasil perhitungan berupa penulangan struktur dan desain sambungan. Hasil desain struktur gedung At – Tauhid Tower Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya meliputi tebal pelat 13 cm, dimensi balok induk 50 x 70 cm, dimensi balok anak 35 x 50 cm, dan dimensi kolom 70 x 70 cm.
Sambungan antar elemen menggunakan sambungan basah dan sambungan kering. Sambungan basah berupa pengecoran overtopping setebal 5 cm untuk pelat dan 13 cm untuk balok. Sambungan kering berupa penggunaan tulangan yang diangkerkan pada ujung balok dan penggunaan pelat baja yang ditanam dan disambung untuk sambungan antar pelat.

At - Tauhid Tower University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya is a building located in Surabaya City. The building consists of 13 floors and steel roof. Based on the SPT value at the location of the building, the lecture building subjected to the category of risk IV is built on soft soil (SE) and classified as the Seismic Design Category (KDS) D. Therefore, At - Tauhid Tower University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya is planned to use a Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). The building will be planned using stairs, beams, and precast slabs, while the columns casted in situ. In precast planning, it is necessary to control the precast concrete during the handling, buildup, installation and cast in situ.
The result of the calculation is the structure reinforcement and connection design. The design result of At-Tauhid Tower building of Muhammadiyah University Surabaya covers 13 cm thickness of slab, 50 x 70 cm of primary beam dimension, 35 x 50 cm of secondary beam dimension, and 70 x 70 cm of column dimension.
Connection between elements using wet connection and dry connection. The wet connection is a 5 cm overtopping casting to the slab and 13 cm for the beam. Dry connection are made of reinforcing bars at the ends of the beams and the use of steel plates, grown and connected to connections between the slabs.
