Abstract
Untuk mengatasi pertumbuhan penumpang, PT. Angkasa Pura I akan membangun Bandara New Yogyakarta International Airport yang terletak di Wates, Kabupaten Kulon Progoyang berjarak 57 km dari Bandara Adisutjipto. Akses bandara ini difasilitasi moda kereta api. Moda transportasi kereta api dinilai menjadi moda transportasi utama untuk daya dukung aksesibilitas penumpang Bandara New Yogyakarta International Airport. Dalam perencanaan yang ada, terdapat dua desain trase yang berbeda yang disajikan oleh PT Angkasa Pura 1. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan analisa kelayakan dan finansial kereta bandara NYIA dengan memperhatikan perubahan kebutuhan lahan pada kedua desain trase.
Untuk mengetahui trase mana yang memberikan tingkat kelayakan lebih tinggi, perlu dilakukan analisis demand penumpang kereta bandara NYIA untuk kedua rute, analisis biaya investasi kereta bandara NYIA untuk kedua rute dan analisis kelayakan finansial kereta bandara NYIA untuk kedua rute.
Dari hasil analisa tugas akhir ini, didapatkan nilai NPV trase 1 sebesar Rp10,791,607,297,048.50 sedangkan nilai NPV trase 2 sebesar Rp10,333,668,097,720.70. Untuk nilai BCR trase 1 adalah 9.797 dan nilai BCR trase 2 adalah 6.626. Nilai IRR untuk trase 1 adalah 112.68 % sedangkan nilai IRR untuk trase 2 adalah 58.28 %. Dari hasil tersebut, bisa disimpulkan bahwa trase 1 kereta bandara NYIA memiliki nilai kelayakan finansial yang lebih baik dari trase 2.

Angkasa Pura I will build New Yogyakarta Airport International Airport located in Wates, Kulon Progo which is 57 km southeast of the airport. Access is facilitated airport railway mode. Railway transportation mode is considered to be the main mode of transportation for carrying capacity of passenger accessibility of New Yogyakarta International Airport. In the existing planning, there are two different trace designs presented by PT Angkasa Pura 1. Therefore, the financial feasibility analysis of the NYIA airport train is required by considering the changing needs of the land on both trace designs.
In order to find out which trace provides a higher level of eligibility, it is necessary to analyze the demand for NYIA airport train passengers for both routes, analysis of NYIA airport train airport investment costs for both routes and financial feasibility analysis of NYIA airport train routes for both routes.
From the results of this final analysis, obtained NPV value of trace 1 is Rp10,791,607,297,048.50 while the NPV value of trace 2 is Rp10,333,668,097,720.70. BCR value of trace 1 is 9.797 and the BCR value of trace 2 is 6.626. The IRR value for trace 1 is 112.68% while the IRR value for trace 2 is 58.28%. From the results, it can be concluded that the first train trace of the NYIA airport train have better financial feasibility than trace 2.
