Abstract

Saat ini beton prategang sudah mulai banyak digunakan pada struktur gedung bertingkat. Salah satu tujuan utama dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk memodifikasi struktur gedung laboratorium universitas jenderal soedirman dengan menggunakan beton prategang. gedung laboratorium universitas jenderal soedirman berada di Jalan HR Boenyamin, Purwokerto utara, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration test (SPT) diketahui bahwa gedung dibangun diatas kelas situs tanah sedang dan termasuk dalam kategori desain seismik D sehingga perencanaan struktur mengggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Momen Khusus. Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Proses dalam perhitungan struktur meliputi analisa pembebanan, permodelan struktur, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, serta cek persyaratan elemen struktur. Beban gempa dihitung dengan metode beban gempa dinamis respons spectrum yang dikontrol dengan metode beban gempa statik ekivalen, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan program bantu komputer ETABS. Dari hasil perhitungan balok beton prategang parsial ini menggunakan sistem pascatarik yang dicor monolit pada kolom. Dimensi balok prategang dengan bentang 18,5 meter ini didapatkan 60/90 dengan prestresing partial ratio (PPR) 11 % yang terdiri dari 1 tendon dengan 12 strand. Dimensi struktur atas terdiri dari pelat lantai dengan tebal 12 cm, dimensi balok anak (BA) 30 cm x 50 cm, dimensi balok induk (BI) 50 cm x 70 cm, dimensi kolom 90 cm x 100 cm, dimensi sloof 40 cm x 60 cm, Struktur bangunan bawah direncanakan dengan pondasi dalam yaitu tiang pancang, dengan dimensi 50 cm dan kedalaman 25 m ======================================================================================================= Currently prategang has started a lot of concrete used in the building of multilevel structure. One of the main goals of this final task is to modify the structure of the building of the laboratory of General soedirman University using the concrete prategang. building laboratory University of General soedirman Street HR Boenyamin, Purwokerto utara, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Calculation of structure and earthquake refers to the regulations. Process in the calculation of the structure include the analysis of loading, modelling, structure analysis, calculation of styles in penulangan, as well as check the requirements element structure. Earthquake load is calculated by the method of the dynamic response of earthquake load spectrum controlled by the method of equivalent static earthquake loads, then analyzed with the use of computer AIDS program ETABS. From the results of the calculation of partial prategang concrete beam using pascatarik system that casted a monolith on the column. Dimensions beams prategang with 18.5-meter span is obtained 60/90 with partial prestresing ratio (PPR) 11 % consisting of 1 tendons with 12 strand. Dimensions of upper structure consists of a thick floor plate 12 cm, dimensions beams (BA) 30 cm x 50 cm, the dimensions of the parent beam (BI) 50 cm x 70 cm, 90 cm column dimension x 100 cm, 40 cm x sloof dimensions 60 cm, Building structure under planned with foundations in i.e. powerboats, with dimensions of 50 cm and a depth of 25 m.
