Abstract
Dimulai pada tahun 2015, Indonesia menghadapi tantangan baru yaitu Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Berlakunya MEA ini memaksa perguruan tinggi sebagai institusi pendidikan diharapkan mampu mencetak lulusan yang mampu bersaing dan mempertahankan Indonesia dari invasi akademik dan pekerja asing. Hal ini dapat dicapai, apabila perguruan tinggi tersebut memiliki standarisasi perguruan tinggi kelas dunia (World Class University).
Sebagai perguruan tinggi negeri dengan peringkat sepuluh besar di Indonesia, ITS memiliki visi untuk menjadi universitas bertaraf international. Hal ini, membuat ITS harus memiliki strategi yang mana pelaksanaannya perlu diterapkan hingga pada level departemen yang ada di seluruh ITS. Salah satu departemen baru yang mempunyai visi yang sejalan dengan ITS adalah Departemen Manajemen Bisnis ITS. Salah satu bidang akademik yang perlu dioptimalkan adalah bidang pengajaran. Pengajaran erat kaitannya dengan keberhasilan suatu departemen yang ditunjukkan melalui kualitas dari lulusan yang ada. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya didapatkan bahwa adanya penyesuaian kurikulum setiap pergantian tahun ajaran baru. Oleh karena itu, Departemen Manajemen Bisnis perlu melakukan manajemen risiko yang berfokus pada bidang pengajaran
Dalam penelitian ini digunakan kerangka pemikiran menggunakan pendekatan ISO 31000. Tahapan pertama, Identifikasi risiko dilakukan dengan menggunakan mengetahui proses bisnis serta fishbone diagram. Dari pendekatan tersebut, hasil identifikasi risiko yang diperoleh berupa alokasi risiko dikelompokkan menjadi 4 bagian yaitu mahasiswa, dosen, kurikulum, dan lingkungan akademik yang dapat mempengaruhi pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Manajemen Bisnis ITS. Selanjutnya risiko tersebut dinilai berdasarkan nilai severity dan occurrence yang dipetakan ke dalam risk matrix sehingga berdasarkan nilai risiko, didapatkan masing-masing dua risiko yang termasuk dalam kategori high risk dan low risk dan tujuh risiko yang termasuk moderate risk. Terdapat dua risiko paling tinggi yang segera memerlukan mitigasi, strategi pembelajaran dalam mitigasi perlu di terapkan agar proses pembelajaran tidak terganggu.

Since 2015, Indonesia faces a new challenge namely the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA). The enforcement of this MEA forces universities as educational institutions is expected to produce graduates who are able to compete and defend Indonesia from academic and foreign workers' invasions. This can be achieved, if the college has a standardization of world-class universities (World Class University).
As a top ten universities in Indonesia, ITS has a vision to become an international university. Based on this situation, ITS must have a strategy that the implementation needs to be applied to the all departments in ITS. One of the new departments that has a same vision with ITS is the ITS Business Management Department. One of the academic areas that need to be optimized is the field of teaching. Teaching is closely related to the success of a department which is demonstrated through the quality of the existing graduates. However, in the implementation it is found that there is a curriculum adjustment every new semester. Therefore, Business Management department needs to conduct risk management that focuses on the teaching field.
In this study, the framework that has been used is ISO 31000 approach. The first stage, risk identification is done by knowing the business process and fishbone diagram. From these approaches, risk identification results obtained in the form of risk allocation are grouped into 4 sections: students, lecturers, curriculum, and academic environment that can influence teaching conducted by ITS Business Management Department. Furthermore, the risk is assessed based on the severity and occurrence values mapped into the risk matrix. Based on the risk matrix, it was obtained each of two risks included in the category of High Risk and Low Risk and seven risks that include Moderate Risk. There are two High Risk that immediately require mitigation, learning strategies in mitigation need to be applied so that the learning process is not disturbed.
