Abstract
Dinamika pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia yang semakin pesat, mengakibatkan kebutuhan infrastruktur bertambah secara signifikan terutama untuk gedung perkantoran dan tempat tinggal. Dalam perencanaan suatu bangunan gedung bertingkat haruslah didesain tahan terhadap gempa dikarenakan ancaman gempa bumi yang cukup tinggi diwilayah Indonesia sehingga resiko korban jiwa ketika gempa bumi terjadi bisa diminimalisir. Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) merupakan salah satu sistem penahan beban lateral yang terdiri dari plat baja vertikal padat yang menghubungkan balok dan kolom disekitarnya dan terpasang sepanjang ketinggian struktur sehingga membentuk sebuah dinding penopang. Penggunaan SPSW dapat menghasilkan kekakuan struktur yang besar dan perilaku daktail pada struktur, selain itu SPSW memiliki tingkat penyerapan energi yang besar. Sifat-sifat ini sangat cocok dimanfaatkan untuk mengurangi beban gempa yang terjadi
Dalam tugas akhir ini, dilakukan modifikasi perencanaan struktur Tamansari Iswara menggunakan sistem steel plate shear wall dan kolom komposit concrete filled steel tube yang memiliki ketinggian 20 lantai ditambah 1 basement. Perencanaan akan mengacu pada SNI 1726:2012 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung, SNI 1727:2013 tentang Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain, SNI 2847:2013 tentang Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung, dan SNI 1729:2015 tentang Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural.
Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan : Tebal pelat lantai dan atap dengan menggunakan bondex adalah 9 cm dan 10 cm, dimensi balok induk WF 450x200x9x14, ketebalan SPSW dipakai 4 mm, dimensi HBE 500x300x11x15, dimensi VBE 600x600x28, dan dimensi kolom RCFT 550x550x25. Perencanaan bangunan bawah menggunakan dinding penahan dengan tipe cantilever wall dan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 21 meter. Kolom basement direncanakan dengan dimensi 100/100 cm dan dimensi sloof 40/60 cm.

Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) is one of the lateral load-bearing systems consisting of solid vertical steel plates connecting adjacent beams and columns and mounted along the height of the structure to form a supporting wall. The use of SPSW can result in large structural stiffness and ductile behavior on the structure, besides SPSW has a large energy absorption rate. These properties are very suitable to be used to reduce the earthquake load that occurred
In this final project, design modification of Tamansari Iswara structure using steel plate shear wall system and composite concrete filled steel tube column with 20 floor height plus 1 basement. Design will refer to SNI 1726: 2012 on Earthquake Resistance Planning Procedures for Building and Non Building, SNI 1727: 2013 on Minimum Expenses for Building Design and Other Structures, SNI 2847: 2013 on Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings, and SNI 1729: 2015 on Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings.
From the results of the analysis that has been done, obtained: The thickness of the floor and roof plate using bondex is 9 cm and 10 cm, the dimensions of the primary beam is WF 450x200x9x14, thickness of SPSW is 4 mm, HBE dimensions 500x300x11x15, VBE dimensions 600x600x28, and RCFT 550x550x25 as the column dimensions. Basement and foundation planning consists of retaining wall using cantilever wall type and foundation using 60 cm diameter concrete piling piles with a depth of 21 meters. The basement column is planned with dimensions of 100/100 cm and dimensions of sloof is 40/60 cm.
