Abstract

Project is an effort or task that has to be done to produce goods, service, ot others. In project management, quality, cost, and time known as the Iron Triangle for measuring project success. Many researchs have discussed about relationship among these 3 parameters in affect the probability of a project meets its time and cost target. There are other researches discussed that reosurces is one of the parameters that affect the probability of a project meets its target. Base on those previous researches, there is potential evaluation model development to measure the probability of a project to meets its cost and time target considering 4 parameters. They are time, cost, quality, and resources under urcentainty using Monte Carlo Simulation. In this model, time and cost in each activity are not input variable, but rather as ouput parameter which its variability affected by the interaction of resources availability and quality control mechanism. This research also develops adjusted GAN Network for 4 parameters which are time, cost, quality,and resources. The developed model is tested to the real case in ladle job order in PT Barata Indonesia, and the probability to meets its time and cost target is 32.5%
