Abstract
PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Cabang Pontianak saat ini sedang membangun Terminal Baru yaitu Terminal Kijing berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor: 43 Tahun 2017. Dengan adanya pembangunan Terminal Kijing, Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan menganalisis adanya dampak dari pembangunan tersebut terhadap perubahan biaya transportasi muatan serta menganalisis rencana pendalaman alur di Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Dwikora (Terminal Eksisting). Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini yaitu; pertama, pendalaman alur di TPK Dwikora dapat menurunkan biaya transportasi muatan 8.1% per tahun yaitu sebesar Rp 81 Miliar. Kedua, pembangunan Terminal Kijing dapat menurunkan biaya transportasi muatan 2% per tahun yaitu Rp 17 Miliar. Ketiga, adanya pendalaman alur dan pembangunan Terminal Kijing dengan pembagian hinterland dapat menurunkan biaya transportasi muatan 8.4% per tahun yaitu Rp 85 Miliar. Hinterland TPK Dwikora yaitu Kabupaten Sanggau, Ketapang, Sintang, Kapuas Hulu, Sekadau, Kubu Raya, dan Kota Pontianak. Hinterland Terminal Kijing yaitu Kabupaten Sambas, Bengkayang, Landak, dan Pontianak. Dari hasil diatas, rencana pendalaman alur di TPK Dwikora dan pembangunan Termina Kijing perlu dilakukan dengan biaya pendalaman alur sebesar Rp 709 Miliar dan investasi pembangunan Terminal Kijing untuk muatan peti kemas sebesar Rp 4.9 Triliun.

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Pontianak Branch is currently developing
their New Terminal named Kijing Terminal, based on Presidential Regulation No. 43
Year 2017. With the construction of Kijing Terminal, the aim of this Final Project is to
analyze the impact of the development on changes in transportation costs and analyze the
plan for deepening the channel in Terminal Peti Kemas Dwikora (TPK) (Existing
Terminal). The result of this Final Project are; first, the deepening of the channel in
Dwikora TPK can reduce the transportation cost of 8.1% per year which is Rp 81 Billion.
Secondly, the construction of the Kijing Terminal can lower the transportation cost of 2%
per year which is Rp 17 billion. Third, the deepening of the channel and the construction
of the Kijing Terminal with the distribution of hinterland can reduce the transportation
cost of 8.4% per year which is Rp 85 Billion. Hinterland of TPK Dwikora are Sanggau,
Ketapang, Sintang, Kapuas Hulu, Sekadau, Kubu Raya, and Pontianak. Hinterland of
Terminal Kijing are Sambas District, Bengkayang, Landak, and Pontianak. From the
results, the plan to deepen the channel in TPK Dwikora and the construction of Termina
Kijing needs to be done with the cost of deepening channel of Rp 709 billion and
investment of building of Kijing Terminal for container load of Rp 4.9 trillion.
