Abstract

===========================================================
There are two types of survey that PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk used to analyze psychological relationship between employee and company, such as Employee Satisfaction and Employee Engagement Survey. Both types of surveys have indicators that are grouped into their respective latent variables. The First Order CFA analysis show that the indicators are valid, but there is one latent variable that is unreliable so it can not be used in modeling. In the Second Order CFA a fit model is able to explain the relationship between latent variables with Employee Satisfaction and Engagement, where the latent variable of Satisfaction and Employee Engagement gives a significant positive effect. The biggest contribution to the Satisfaction model was obtained by Career Management System variables with loading factor of 0.982, while in the Engagement model obtained by Mission & Goals variable with loading factor of 0.996. In addition, in modeling the relationship between Satisfaction with Employee Engagement obtained a structural model where Satisfaction gives a positive influence of 0.474 which is significant to Employee Engagement
