Abstract
Dengan kekayaan laut yang dimiliki Indonesia, tentu menarik perhatian bagi para pelaku kriminal yang ingin memanfaat kekayaan laut kita secara diam-diam. Hal itu tentu mendesak sektor pertahanan Negara untuk lebih menguatkan teknologi yang dimiliki saat ini. Salah satu buktinya adalah kapal amfibi Kasrat X-1.
Setelah dilakukan modifikasi bentuk lambung, diperoleh spesifikasi mesin utama dan stern drive twin screw yaitu merk Volvo Penta tipe D6-400 dengan daya sebesar 400 HP dan putaran mesin sebesar 3500 rpm. Perancangan sistem transmisi kapal amfibi Kasrat X-1 diawali dengan menghitung dimensi tiap roda gigi yang berjenis helical dan bevel gear. Setelah dimensi roda gigi diperoleh, dilakukan perhitungan beban pada roda gigi untuk memastikan roda gigi tersebut kuat menerima beban yang ditransmisikan.
Dari hasil perancangan diperoleh diameter tiap roda gigi G1 sampai dengan G10 yaitu sebesar 130 mm, 200 mm, 153 mm, 160 mm, 130 mm, 200 mm, 200 mm, 170 mm, 170 mm, dan 170 mm. putaran output yang keluar menuju transmisi darat sebesar 2900 rpm sesuai dengan spesifikasi transmisi yang digunakan yaitu merk ISUZU model MYY5T.

After the modification of the hull, obtained the main engine specifications and twin screw stern drive that is brand Volvo Penta type D6-400 with a power of 400 HP and engine speed of 3500 rpm. The design of amphibious ship transmission system Kasrat X-1 begins by calculating the dimensions of each helical gear and bevel gear type. Once the dimensions of the gear are obtained, calculation of the load on the gear ensures that the gear is stronger to receive the transmitted load.
From the design results obtained the diameter of each gear G1 to G10 which is 130 mm, 200 mm, 153 mm, 160 mm, 130 mm, 200 mm, 200 mm, 170 mm, 170 mm, and 170 mm. Output rated to the car transmission of 2900 rpm according to the transmission specification used ISUZU MYY5T.
