Abstract
Pertumbuhan pasar properti yang pesat memicu persaingan antar
perusahaan pengembang properti. Masing-masing perusahaan berlomba
meningkatkan kualitas untuk menarik minat pasar salah satunya di bidang interior.
Interior perusahaan selain terlihat menarik dan rapi juga dapat mencerminkan
identitas perusahaan. PT Graha Sarana Gresik adalah perusahaan pengembang
properti berlokasi di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Selama beroperasi,
ditemukan beberapa permasalahan interior antara lain; identitas perusahaan perlu
lebih direpresentasikan, perlu peningkatan pada efisiensi layout, dan perlu
penambahan ruang fasilitas contohnya ruang tunggu pada area resepsionis.
Tema modern urban dipilih karena mampu mencerminkan identitas
perusahaan. Tema modern mewakili sifat kekinian. Tema urban mewakili gaya
hidup dengan aktivitas tinggi, serba cepat, dan penuh kompetisi. Dalam
aplikasinya, tema modern ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan finishing glossy dan
simple-geometric. Tema urban ditunjukkan dengan penggunaan konsep mobile
dan material unfinish.
Aplikasi konsep modern urban pada elemen interior kantor ditunjukkan
pada penggunaan finishing glossy pada furnitur, bentuk-bentuk simple-geometric,
konsep mobile pada furnitur, dan material unfinish pada dinding, lantai, serta
plafon. Penerapan konsep mobile dilakukan dengan pemilihan material ringan
atau dengan penambahan roda yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah pemindahan
furnitur tersebut.============================================================== The rapid growth of property market has sparked competition among
property developers. Each company competes to improve the quality to attract
market interest one of them in the field of interior. A company interior, besides
looking well-turned and neat, should have reflected the company's identity. PT
Graha Sarana Gresik is a property development company located in Gresik, East
Java. During its operation, several interior problems were found, including;
corporate identity needs to be more visible, space layout needs to be more
efficient, and it needs to add certain facilities such as reception area.
Modern urban theme is chosen because it is able to reflect the company's
identity. Modern theme represents the present. Urban themes represent lifestyles
with high activity, fast paced, and full of competition. In its application, the
modern theme is shown by the use of glossy finishing and simple-geometric
furniture. The urban theme is indicated by the use of mobile concept and unfinish
materials.
Modern urban concept application in office space is shown in the use of
glossy finishing on furniture, simple geometric shapes, mobile concept furniture,
and unfinished materials on walls, floors, and ceilings. The application of mobile
concept is applied to the furniture by lightweight material selection or with the
addition of wheels that serve to the furniture transference.
