Abstract
Gedung G3Tv merupakan gedung perkantoran yang terdiri dari 19 lantai. Gedung ini terletak di Jakarta, struktur gedung G3Tv merupakan struktur beton bertulang biasa, dengan lebar gedung 38m dan panjang gedung 102m. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan gedung G3Tv menggunakan tulangan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) sebagai pengganti tulangan dengan material baja biasa, yang bertujuan sebagai studi untuk penggunaan material FRP pada High-Rise Building. Material FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) terbagi menjadi 3 jenis, Aramid, Carbon, Glass, ketiganya mempunyai kekuatan yang lebih tinggi dari material baja, mempunyai ketahanan terhadap korosi, lebih ringan, serta bersifat non-konduktif. Perencanaan yang dilakukan pada Gedung G3Tv dilakukan berdasarkan peraturan SNI 2847:2013, ACI 318-13, CSA 806-02, ACI 440.1, serta peraturan dan referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan bangunan tahan gempa dan yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan elemen struktur meggunakan material FRP. Struktur gedung diabangun dengan sistem SRPMK (Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus).P erencanaan meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder, perencanaan struktur utama, dan perencanaan terkait ketahanan gedung memikul beban yang terjadi dengan dibantu program bantu eTabs. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan, elemen-elemen struktur yang direcanakan sesuai dengan gabungan dari ketentuan ACI 440.1 dan SNI 2847:2013. Kolom digunakan dimensi 90 x 80 cm, balok induk 40/30 cm, dan 50/35, tebal plat 14 cm, dengan elemen struktur primer menggunakan tulangan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP).

G3Tv building is an office building consists of 19 floors. This building is located in Jakarta, the structure of the building is a reinforced concrete structure. This building has 38 m width and 102 m length. On this final assignment, done planning the G3Tv building using reinforcement made from Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP), this reinforce are substitute for ordinary steel reinforcement, which serves as study material for the use of FRP at High-Rise Building and for study of final assignment. The FRP materials (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) is divided into 3 types, Aramid, Carbon, Glass. All of them have a higher tensile strength than conventional reinforced material, and have better resistance for corrosion and have non-coonductive characteristics. The Design of G3Tv building is done based on the regulations of the SNI 2847:2013, ACI 318-13, CSA 806-02, ACI 440.1, as well as other regulatory and other references relating to the earthquake resistant building dan design-related elements of the structure using FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) material.
The design includes designing the structure of secindary, primary structure, and antoher design associated with resiliance building bearing the force that happen on the structure using aid programs assisted b eTabs. From the analysis result, the design elements in accordance with the comined provisions of ACI 440.1 and SNI 2847:2013. The columns used for 1st to 6th floor used dimensions of 90x80 cm, 40/30 cm, and 50/35 cm beams, and slab thickness 14 cm, with the elemetn of the primary structure reinforcement using Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer.
