Abstract

Desain bentuk bangunan terus berkembang di seluruh penjuru dunia, dari bentuk sederhana dan tidak rumit menjadi berbagai bentuk kompleks yang tidak jarang unik. Jakabaring Convention Hall merupakan stadion tenis sekaligus convention hall yang memiliki bentuk unik menyerupai telur. Struktur utama bangunan terbuat dari beton bertulang, sementara struktur atap berupa space truss. Space truss mampu mengakomodasi area tak terhalang luas yang diperlukan oleh bangunan berupa stadion sekaligus convention hall ini. Selain itu dengan bentuknya yang unik, muncul tantangan bagi ahli rekayasa bangunan untuk mendesain struktur bangunan ini dengan kuat, aman, dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia Permodelan struktur Jakabaring Convention Hall dipisah menjadi dua bagian, yakni permodelan struktur baja dan permodelan struktur beton. Hal tersebut dikarenakan struktur utama berupa tribun terbuat dari beton bertulang dan ditopang oleh kolom beton, sementara rangka atap space truss ditopang oleh kolom rangka baja. Adapun perencanaan struktur pada Tugas Akhir ini mengacu pada SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1729-2002, dan SNI 2847-2013. Analisis struktur dengan program SAP2000 telah memenuhi syarat perbandingan berat struktur, partisipasi massa, kontrol waktu getar, serta analisa dinamik. Didapatkan hasil desain struktur utama berupa dimensi balok induk area stadion tenis sebesar 30x45 cm, sementara untuk area convention hall sebesar 30x40 cm. Untuk penopang struktur utama digunakan kolom beton berdimensi 50x50 cm dengan tulangan longitudinal 8-D22. Untuk struktur atap menggunakan space truss dengan profil Circular Hollow Section (CHS) berukuran 5” dan 4” yang disambung dengan las FE70XX. Adapun untuk balok baja menggunakan WF 400x200x8x13, batang utama kolom rangka menggunakan WF 400x400x15x15, dan batang diagonal kolom rangka menggunakan WF 150x150x7x10.=====================================================================================================Building shape design keeps developing all over the world, starting from simple shape and into various complex shape which is usually unique. Jakabaring Convention Hall is a tennis stadium and convention hall with unique shape resembling egg. The main structure is made of reinforced concrete, while the roof structure uses space truss. Space truss can accomodate huge unobstructed area which is needed by this tennis stadium and convention hall. With its unique shape, a challenge arises for engineer to design this building structure with appropiate strength and safety, but also compelled to the codes applied in Indonesia. The modelling of Jakabaring Convention Hall is divided into two models, which are steel structure model and reinforced concrete model. It is done that way because the main structure, which is the tribune, is made of reinforced concrete and supported by reinforced concrete too. While the space truss is supported by steel truss column. The design in this Final Project referred to SNI 1727-2013, SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1729-2002, and SNI 2847-2013. The structural analysis with SAP2000 program has fulfilled several provision, which are weight of structure comparation, mass participation, vibration period control, and dynamic analysis. The obtained structural design result are beam dimention for tennis stadium area is 30x45 cm, while for convention hall area is 30x40 cm. For supporting the main structure, a reinforced concrete column with dimension 50x50 cm and longitudinal rebar 8-D22 is used. And as for roof structure, it used space truss with 5” and 4” Circular Hollow Section (CHS) profile which is connected using FE70XX weld. Steel beam in this structure uses WF 400x200x8x13, main member of truss column uses WF 400x400x15x15, and diagonal member of truss column uses WF 150x150x7x10.
