Abstract
Energi alternatif diperlukan di era globalisasi ini karena energi dari dalam bumi yang ada saat ini sangat terbatas .Maka diperlukan teknologi untuk menemukan bahan yang sesuai yang ramah lingkungan dan lebih murah. Energi alternatif dapat dimanfaatkan dari berbagai aspek dan bahan. Sudah ditemukan banyak energi alternatif dengan harga murah yang menggunakan limbah dan kotoran.Oleh karena itu dirancang tugas akhir dengan judul rancang bangun pengendalian flowrate bahan bakar pada generator set dual fuel system.Jika tidak di kendalikan maka tidak akan didapankan performansi genset yang maksimal.Pengendalian Flowrate menggunakan flowmeter hall effect YF-S402 dengan range pengukuran 0,3-6 L/min namun dalam proses kalibrasi range yang digunakan yaitu 1-5 L/min. Dengan Span 4 L/min , Akurasi sebesar 59,4%,Histerisis 0,009389671%, eror ± 0,623922025. Pengendalian flowrate bahan bakar biogas dan bensin dilakukan dengan metode rasio yaitu perbandingan rasio biogas:bensin yaitu 90:10. Dengan asumsi bensin konstan pada flowrate 0,13 L/min sehingga flowrate biogas dijaga pada flowrate 1,17 L/min. Untuk mencapai set poin flowrate biogas membutuhkan waktu 35 detik dan mencapai posisi steady pada detik ke 100.

Alternative energy is needed in this era of globalization because the energy from within the earth is currently very limited and the longer the energy will be reduced in number. Recognizing alternative energy, research is needed to find suitable materials that are environmentally friendly and less expensive. Alternative energy can be exploited from various aspects and materials. Already found a lot of alternative energy at low prices that use waste and dirt. Therefore designed the final task with the title design of fuel flowrate control on the generator set dual fuel system. Flowrate control using flowmeter hall effect YF-S402 with measurement range 0.3 -6 L / min but in the calibration process the range used is 1-5 L / min. With Span 4 L / min, Accuracy of 59,4%, Hysteresis 0,009389671%, eror ± 0,623922025. Control of biogas and gasoline flowrate of fuel is done by ratio method that is ratio of biogas ratio: gasoline is 90:10. Assuming constant gasoline at a flowrate of 0.13 L / min so that the biogas flowrate is maintained at a flowrate of 1.17 L / min. To achieve the biogas flowrate set point takes 35 seconds and reach the steady position at 100 seconds.
