Abstract

Kapal Cutter Suction Dredger memiliki tabung yang berfungsi untuk menghisap dan memiliki kepala pemotong di pintu masuk penghisap. Pemotong ini digunakan untuk memotong material yang keras seperti kerikil dan batu. Material hasil kerukan tersebut kemudian dihisap oleh pompa sentrifugal. Pompa sentrifugal memegang peranan penting dalam proses pengerukan disamping kepala pemotong. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan dimensi utama impeller dengan diameter 16 inch yang meliputi diameter poros impeller, diameter leher impeller, diameter mata impeller, diameter sisi masuk impeller, sudut masuk impeller, lebar haluan sisi masuk impeller, diameter sisi keluar impeller, sudut keluar impeller, dan jumlah sudu. Dan juga penggambaran model dengan menggunakan Solidwork. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan desain impeller dengan diameter 16 inch. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan dimensi utama dari impeller, antara lain : diameter poros impeller 57,8 mm, diameter leher impeller 80,92 mm, diameter mata impeller 203,58 mm, diameter sisi masuk impeller 230,05 mm, sudut masuk impeller 10,480, lebar haluan sisi masuk impeller 57,51 mm, diameter sisi keluar impeller 400 mm, sudut keluar impeller 14,850, dan jumlah sudu 5 buah.=================================================================================================================The Cutter Suction Dredger Ship has a cutter head at suction. This cutter is used for cutting hard material such as gravel and stone. The dredged material pump by a centrifugal pump. Centrifugal pump has an important function in dredging process beside the cutting head. In this research determines the main dimension of impeller with 16 inch diameter such as impeller shaft diameter, impeller hub diameter, impeller eye diameter, blade inlet angle, impeller inlet breath, impeller outlet diameter, blade outlet angle, and blade number. And also modelling using Solidwork. The research goal is get impeller design with 16 inch diameter of impeller. From the calculation results, the main dimensions of the impeller are impeller shaft diameter is 57.8 mm, impeller hub diameter is 80.92 mm, impeller eye diameter is 203.58 mm, impeller inlet diameter is 230.05 mm, blade inlet angle is 10,480, impeller inlet breath is 57.51 mm, impeller outlet diameter is 400 mm, blade outlet angle is 14.850, and blade number is 5.
