Abstract
PH control is one of the important process for chemical process in the industry. One way to analyze the changing of pH value is designed by software simulation. CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) and inline mixer are the example of tools in the chemical industry. In this experiment is about how to design a pH control system of CH3COOH-NaOH liquids in CSTR using fuzzy logic as a control. The result of control system of pH at set point 9 can get the best settling time in 50 second with 0,04% error measurement. However, plant gets disturbance and has a pH of 9,012 with settling time 40 second and has 0,12% error measurement.
