Abstract
Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Blitar berusaha meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan. Salah satunya dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas Elektronik (Simpustronik). Simpustronik mempermudah perekapan data pasien dan integrasi rekam medik pasien dengan pelayanan kesehatan lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan analisis dari kesenjangan antara harapan dan kenyataan, posisi kuadran setiap dimensi, indeks kepuasan, dan model regresi logistik biner untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien dan pelaksana terhadap Simpustronik. Data analisis diperoleh dengan survey dengan jumlah sampel 120 pelaksana dan 140 pasien menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil akhir diperoleh 15 indikator dengan 5 dimensi pembentuk kepuasan pasien dan 13 indikator dengan 6 dimensi pembentuk kepuasan pelaksana dapat disimpulkan valid dan reliabel. Pasien dan Pelaksana masih merasakan Gap atau kesenjangan antara harapan dan kenyataan terhadap Simpustronik. Namun jika secara indeks kepuasan persentase kepuasan pasien sebesar 0,7336 dan kepuasan pelaksana 0,659. Jika dilihat dari Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) bagi pasien, pengelola sistem perlu melakukan perbaikan faktor responsif dari Simpustronik, sedangkan untuk pelaksana tidak perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil regresi logistik biner untuk pasien diperoleh 5 variabel karakteristik berpengaruh signifikan dengan ketepatan klasifikasi model sebesar 67,1% dan pelaksana diperoleh 6 variabel karakteristik ber-pengaruh signifikan dengan ketepatan klasifikasi model sebesar 61,7%.

Blitar District Health Office keep trying to improve the quality of health, one of them with the Information System Management Electronic Puskesmas (Simpustronik). Simpustronik facilitates the recording of patient data and the integration of the patient's medical record with other health services. This research is conducted from the gap analysis, quadrant position of dimension, satisfaction index, and logistic regression model to know the factors that influence the patient and the implementer to Simpustronik. Data analysis was obtained by survey with total sample 120 implementers and 140 patients using simple random sampling. The final result obtained 15 indicators with 5 dimensions of patient satisfaction formers and 13 indicators with 6 dimensions of the executive satisfaction formers can be concluded valid and reliable. Patients and implementers are still perceptions Gaps between the fact and expectation analysis of Simpustronik. However, if there is a patient satisfaction index of 0.7336 and implementer satisfaction index of 0.659. When viewed from the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) for patients, organizer system need to upgrading factor of responsive from Simpustronik, while for implementer do not need upgrading. The result of logistic regression for the patient was obtained 5 variables that have significant influence with the accuracy of the classification model by 67,1% and for implementer obtained 6 variables that have significant influence with the accuracy of the classification model by 61,7%.
