Abstract

Struktur komposit baja-beton saat ini telah banyak digunakan dalam pembangunan konstruksi sipil. Hal ini dikarenakan struktur komposit baja-beton memiliki keunggulan dibanding dengan struktur beton bertulang biasa, diantaranya yaitu, penghematan berat baja, mengurangi penampang balok baja, meningkatkan kekuatan pelat lantai, meningkatkan kapasitas pemikul beban, menambah bentang pada bentang tertentu. Penggunaan teknologi Base Isolator sebagai peredam gempa juga dinilai sangat penting bagi konstruksi bangunan gedung karena mengurangi gaya gempa yang diterima oleh struktur. Gedung Apartemen 4 AEON Mixed-Use Sentul City pada kondisi sebenarnya dibangun menggunakan struktur beton bertulang biasa. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, gedung tersebut akan dimodifikasi menjadi 34 lantai dan 1 lantai perletakkan serta menggunakan struktur komposit baja-beton dengan Base Isolator: High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) yang pembebanannya mengacu SNI 1727:2013 dan PPIUG 1983. Perancangan yang dilakukan meliputi perancangan struktur sekunder, struktur primer, base isolator, sambungan, dan pondasi. Dari analisa dan perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu: tebal pelat atap 15 cm, dan 9 cm, pelat lantai terbesar 15 cm, dimensi balok anak terbesar WF 500x300x11x18, dimensi balok induk terbesar WF 700x300x13x24, dimensi kolom terbesar HSS 1200x1200x50 berintikan beton, dimensi kolom pedestal 1500x1500 dengan dimensi base isolator interior HDRB HH 120x6R dan eksterior HDRB HH 110x6R, pondasi menggunakan bored pile diameter 80 cm sampai kedalaman 30 m dan dimensi sloof 450x650 mm. Perhitungan tersebut memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 03-1729-2002, dan SNI 2847:2013. ============================================================================ Composite steel-concrete structure is now widely used in civil construction. This is because the composite structure has many advantages than reinforced concrete structure such as, saving the weight of steel, more efficient of beam cross section, floor stiffness increases, increase the nominal capacity of load. The use of base isolator technology as seismic damper assessed is very important for the construction of buildings, because it can decrease the seismic load that accepted by the structure. AEON Mixed-Use 4 Apartment was a bulding with reinforced concrete structure. In this final project, the bulding will be modified using composite steel-concrete structure with Base Isolator : High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB) which its load based on SNI 1727:2013 and PPIUG 1983. The design that will discussed are secondary structure, primary structure, base isolator, connection, and the foundation. From analyzing and calculating, the output from this final project obtained are 9 cm and 15 cm thick plate of roof, and 15 cm the biggest thick plate of floor, WF 500x300x11x18 as the biggest dimension of secondary beams, WF 700x300x13x24 as the dimension of main beams, the biggest column using HSS 1200x1200x50 concrete filled tube, the dimensions of exterior base isolation is 110 cm and interior is 120 cm, the pedestal column dimension is 1500 mm. In addition, for the foundations using bored pile with depth 30 m depth that start from the surface. That calculations based on SNI 1726:2012, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 03-1729-2002, and SNI 2847:2013 which are qualified as a structure security requirement.
