Abstract
Clean Water and Sanitation adalah salah satu indikator SDGs yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan air bersih. Tiga dari empat kabupaten di pulau Madura mengalami kekeringan, hal ini tentu menjadi sorotan untuk dilakukannya penelitian supaya terpenuhinya kebutuhan air bersih. Pulau Madura terdapat 3097 rumah tangga yang perlu mengonsumsi air bersih. Namun, belum semua rumah tangga mengakses air bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokan rumah tangga di Pulau Madura berdasarkan faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi air bersih dengan analisis kelompok. Pengelompokan berdasarkan data numerik dan data kategorik menggunakan metode Similarity Weight and Filter Method. SWFM adalah salah satu metode pengelompokan campuran, pengelompokan data numerik menggunakan metode hirarki ward dan data kategorik menggunakan k-modes. Untuk analisis kelompok data numerik, terdapat 3 variabel dan diperoleh dua jumlah kelompok optimum menggunakan metode ward dengan nilai pseudo-F sebesar 1001,172. Analisis kelompok berskala kategorik terdapat 6 variabel menggunakan k-modes dihasilkan tiga kelompok. Metode ensembel SWFM menghasilkan lima kelompok dengan nilai rasio terkecil pada jumlah kelompok sebesar 0,006627.

Three of the four districts on the island of Madura suffer from drought, this is certainly the spotlight for doing research to meet the needs of clean water. Madura Island there are 3097 households that need to consume clean water. However, not all households have access to clean water. This research aims to clustering households in Madura Island based on factors influencing the consumption of clean water by cluster analysis. Grouping based on numerical data and categorical data. Therefore we use grouping with Similarity Weight and Filter Method method. SWFM is one of the mixed grouping methods, numerical data grouping using ward hierarchy method and categorical data using k-modes. Cluster analysis for numerical data, there are 3 variables and two optimum groups were obtained using ward method with pseudo-F value of 1001,172. Cluster analysis of categorical scale there are 6 variables by using k-modes generated three groups. The SWFM ensemble method yields five groups. Taking five groups as it yields the smallest value of the ratio in the group number of 0,006627.
