Abstract

Operator Control Unit (OCU) tersusun dari beberapa komponen
dengan kebutuhan tegangan yang berbeda-beda. Untuk mengatasi
masalah tersebut, maka perlu dibuat manajemen sumber dengan
melakukan perancangan power distribution. Dalam sistem tersebut
dibuat sistem powering dengan fungsi untuk mengolah daya dari baterai
dan menghasilkan tegangan keluaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
Baterai yang digunakan dipasang didalam OCU, sehingga sulit
untuk mengetahui kondisi dari sumber. Untuk itu, dibuat sistem
indikator yang memiliki hubungan dengan sumber, dimana indikator
yang ditampilkan ada dua, yaitu indikator baterai dan power. Saat
sumber habis dapat dilakukan pengisian ulang namun, untuk
menggunakannya baterai harus dilepas dari perangkat terlebih dahulu.
Melalui permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuat konsep sistem charging
agar proses pengisian dapat dilakukan dengan mudah dengan
menggunakan Metode Constant Current Constant Voltage.
Melalui pengujian yang telah dilakukan, sistem powering mampu
menyalakan tiap-tiap beban dengan lama penggunaan selama 4 jam 44
menit. Dari pembacaan nilai SoC, dibandingkan dengan perhitungan
manual kapasitas baterai. Melalui pembandingan tersebut diperoleh
selisihnya, dimana rata-rata yang didapat kurang dari 1%. Acuan
tegangan dan SoC untuk sistem charging saat baterai penuh sebesar
16.35 VDC dan 107%, sedangkan saat habis sebesar 11.9 VDC dan 0%.

Operator Control Unit (OCU) contain from some component with
different voltage requirement. For resolve the problem, so need to be
made source management with doing design power distribution. In the
system is be made powering system with function for management power
from battery and equal output voltage is suitable with requirement.
Battery need to installed in the OCU, so difficult for knowing
condition from source. Therefor, be made indicator system is have
relation with source, where displayed battery and power indicator.
When source is empty, can did recharge battery, but for using it battery
must to be removed from device previously. Based on the problem, so
be made charging system concept so charging process can did easily
using constant current constant voltage methods.
Based on the testing, powering system can activate each load with
duration about 4 hours and 44 minutes. From reading SoC value,
compared with manual calculate of capacity battery. By means of
comparing obtained difference, where average obtained less than 1%.
Voltage and SoC reference for charging system when battery is full
amount 16.35VDC and 107%, while battery is empty amount 11.9VDC
and 0%.
