Abstract

Di Indonesia kebutuhan akan daya listrik semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya, hal ini diakibatkan kebijakan pemerintah dalam penyediaan daya listrik yang ingin menjangkau seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Kebutuhan daya listrik yang dibutuhkan sangatlah besar sehingga membuat pembangkit bekerja pada beban yang berubah ubah sesuai pada permintaan kebutuhan listrik. Dalam merespon kebutuhan listrik yang besar maka diperlukan suatu sistem pembangkit yang tangguh dan andal. Untuk menjaga suatu kondisi turbin gas yang tangguh maka diperlukan cara yaitu dengan melakukan perawatan yang rutin. Salah satu bentuk perawatan tersebut yaitu overhaul combustion inspection.
Untuk mengetahui pengaruh overhaul combustion inspection terhadap kinerja turbin gas yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungan unjuk kerja sebelum dan sesudah overhaul combustion inspection. perhitungan unjuk kerja yang dilakukan yaitu meliputi thermal efficiency, power output, specific fuel consumption dan heat rate.
Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa turbin gas PLTGU GT 2.3 PT PJB UP Gresik memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik setelah dilakukan overhaul combustion inspection. Kinerja turbin gas tersebut dapat dilihat dari peningkatan thermal efficiency tertinggi sebesar 6,80%, power output mengalami peningkatan tertinggi sebesar 5,48%, specific fuel consumption mengalami penurunan tertinggi sebesar 2,23%, dan Heat rate mengalami penurunan tertinggi sebesar 6,37%.

In Indonesia requirement for electrical power increasing
every year, it happens because government policy to distribute electrical power to all region in Indonesia. The requirement for electrial power is very high that cause the power plant to work at various load depends on the demand. In response to the needed
large electricity hence required a powerful and reli
able generator system. To maintain a condition of a tough gas turbine is necessary way that is by doing a routine maintenance. One form of treatment is overhaul combustion inspection.To determainethe effect of overhaul combustion inspection on gas turbine is to carry out the performance calculation before and after overhaul combustion inspection. performance calculations include thermal efficiency, power output, specific fuel consumption and heat rate.After doing the calculation, it can be concluded that gasturbine PLTGU GT 2.3 PT PJB UP Gresik have better performance after overhaul combustion inspection. The performance of the gas turbine can be seen from the highest thermal efficiency increase of 6.80%, the power output has the highest increase of 5.48%, the specific fuel consumption has decreased the highest by 2.23%, and the Heat rate has the highest decrease of 6.37 %
