Abstract
Kebutuhan akan kendaraan hemat energi dan ramah lingkungan sangat dibutuhkan dikarenakan cepat atau lambat Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) pasti akan habis. Namun kendaraan yang memanfaatkan energi listik sekarang masih sangat tebatas. Dengan adanya Motor BLDC ini merupakan awal dibentuknya inovasi kendaraan berbahan bakar listrik yang minim polusi sehingga menjadi kendaraan yang ramah lingkungan
Perkembangan teknologi motor BLDC membuat aplikasi motor jenis ini semakin variatif, motor BLDC juga terdapat 2 jenis yaitu BLDC Sensorless dan BLDC Sensored. Pada Motor BLDC Sensored dilengkapi dengan sensor posisi yang biasa disebut dengan hall effect sensor. Sedangakn motor BLDC Sensorless tidak terdapat fitur tambahan sensor posisi.
Tugas akhir ini direncanakan untuk mengatur kecepatan motor BLDC sensorless. Rancangan driver motor BLDC menggunakan mosfet yang digunakan switching motor BLDC serta menggunakan chip microcontroller ATMega sebagai pengaturnya. Proses kendali Motor BLDC diatur dengan variable resistor.
Hasil yang diperoleh alat ini yaitu mampu mengetahui gelombang six step comuation pada driver motor BLDC Sensorless dengan metode open loop

The need for energy-efficient vehicles and environmentally friendly is needed because sooner or later Fuel Oil (BBM) will definitely run out. But vehicles that use electric energy is now still very limited. With this BLDC motor is the beginning of the formation of innovations of electric vehicles that are minimal pollution so as to be environmentally friendly vehicles.
The development of BLDC motor technology makes this type of motor applications more varied, BLDC motors are also there are 2 types of Sensorless BLDC and Sensored BLDC. The Sensored BLDC Motor is equipped with a position sensor commonly called the hall effect sensor. As for the Sensorless BLDC motor there is no additional position sensor feature.
This final project is planned to set the speed of the sensorless BLDC motor. The design of BLDC motor driver using mosfet used BLDC motor switching and using ATMega microcontroller chip as its regulator. BLDC Motor control process is set with variable resistor.
The results obtained by this tool is able to find the six step wave comuation on the motor driver BLDC Sensorless with open loop method
