Abstract

Penerapan prinsip Bernoulli yang menyatakan bahwa pada suatu aliran fluida, peningkatan pada kecepatan fluida akan menimbulkan penurunan tekanan pada aliran diterapkan pada alat percobaan praktikum. Pada penelitian tugas akhir ini terdapat sistem pengendalian pengisian pada tabung berdasarkan ketinggian level. Rancang bangun sistem pengaman berdasarkan pembacaan sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 dengan sistem pengukuran range 10 0mm sampai dengan 350 mm, span 250 mm, sensitivtas 1.04, akurasi 99%, error 1.2% dan akurasi 99%. Logic solver menggunakan ATmega 1284P dan final element berupa buzzer, LED (Light Emitting Diode) dan Solenoid Valve. Respon dari buzzer menyala berhasil, respon LED menyala, respon Solenoid Valve aktif dan kondisi mati berhasil. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun sistem pengaman terancang dengan baik dan dapat berjalan dengan baik. ================================================================================================================== The application of the Bernoulli principle states that in a fluid flow, an increase in fluid velocity will causing a drop in pressure on the flow in practicum tool. In this final project there is a filling control system on the tube based on the height of the level. Design of security systems are based on HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor readings with measuring system range from 100mm to 350mm, 250mm span, sensitivity 1.04, 99% accuracy, 1.2% error and 99% accuracy. Logic solver that being used is ATmega 1284P and final elements are in the form of buzzer, LED (Light Emitting Diode) and Solenoid Valve. The response from the buzzer lights up successfully, the LED lights up, Solenoid Valve response in both active and dead circumstances are a succes. it cpuld be concluded that the design of the security system is designed well and can run well.
