Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan sistem monitoring temperature dan counter glass pada mesin produksi teh tawar kemasan, sistem monitoring ini bertujuan untuk menampilkan data dari hasil pembacaan sensor suhu pada dua proses yakni proses pemasakan teh dan heat exchanger. Pada sistem monitoring temperature menggunakan alat ukur sensor termokopel baut tipe K dengan pengkondisian sinyal MAX6675. Dari kedua sensor tersebut terdapat perbedaan setpoint suhu yang diukur, yakni sebesar 70 C untuk proses pemasakan dan sebesar sekitar 28 C – 32 C untuk prndinginan pada heat exchanger. Sedangkan untuk counter glass digunakan sensor proximity. Dalam penampilan display Human Mechine Interface (HMI) menggunakan LCD TFT dan sebagai penyimpanan hasil monitoring memanfaatkan SD Card Slot yang telah disediakan oleh LCD TFT 2.8” tersebut. ======================================================================================================================== The design of a temperature monitoring system and counter glass has been carried out on a packaged tea production machine, this monitoring system aims to display data from the results of temperature sensor readings in two processes namely the tea cooking process and heat exchanger. In a temperature monitoring system using a K type thermocouple sensor gauge with MAX6675 signal conditioning. From these two sensors there is a difference in the setpoint of the measured temperature, which is 70 C for the cooking process and for about 28 C – 32 C for cooling of the heat exchanger. As for the glass counter used proximity sensor. In the appearance of the Human Mechine Interface (HMI) display using TFT LCD and as a result storage monitoring utilizes the SD Card Slot that has been provided by the 2.8” TFT LCD.
